We’ve always loved taking a boat here for lunch and beignets, but were a little disappointed in them both this time. The food was a little dry, and the “beignets” were just a donut covered in powdered sugar. I was also a little disappointed that they are no longer serving strawberry sauce as a dipping option.
This restaurant/cafeteria was perfect for our group of 8. They had such a wide variety of food that no one had trouble choosing something they loved. The attendants were helpful in showing us how to use our dining plan (this was our first restaurant) and the food was delightful!
Updating as I try all the things.
Fairly basic impossible burger with fries. There’s also a cupcake and another chickpea based vegan entree I didn’t try.
For breakfast, there’s a vegan sausage and egg quesadilla with tots!
Everything is clearly labeled vegan.
