My wife and I while staying at the Marriott Orlando had dinner at the “Shade Bar and Grill.” We didn’t have the best experience with food and service. Being a restaurant owner, I all to well understand that every restaurant can have a bad night. I wanted to talk with the kitchen manager, being a late meal ( almost closing time ) he had already left. Kudos to Tomasa, the lead host in the restaurant who always greeted us with a smile and was very hospitable. Michael, the restaurant manager was also very welcoming and made our breakfast and stay very pleasurable.
