The staff was friendly including both the cashier Teri who helped us order with several modifications due to an allergy, and the manager who helped with the drink offerings. The location was clean and well kept, both front of house as well as what could be seen of the back of house. The flavor of the food was excellent as well.

I noticed that soon as I ordered my foodThe customer service was pretty good from my cashier Sir, however the service itself was crazy slow for it to be 7 o'clock at night and waiting almost twenty minutes just for 1 burger and a shake that's crazyIn conclusion they need better time management cause I ordered on the app and still had to wait... I recommend any other location especially the winter park oneMy burger wasn't tasty and I was craving a burger so I still ate it but it was missing something

No customer service You order at a Kiosk. . If you’re doing takeout they don’t box anything it’s just placed in a paper tray as if you’re eating there. My lettuce on my burgers was a size of a penny. I hardly had any lettuce I’m assuming one leaf of lettuce had to cover 10 burgers. The food was not hot to be cook to order. So, I’m assuming it’s place in the refrigerator to cool before serving. I will not return. The food quality is a 0 and the prices is extremely high. Please do better. I should request a refund because it was not worth my time or calories.
