Shake Shack at Waterford Lakes is a clean restaurant known for its good and delicious food, including tasty burgers with fresh vegetables, juicy patties, and soft buns. The strawberry shake is also delicious. Many find the burgers very fresh and perfectly cooked, making it a recommended spot for a quick bite. However, a common complaint is that the burgers and portions are small for the price, which many feel is steep and overpriced compared to competitors. The service is good, with staff noted for being pleasant, welcoming, and going above and beyond to help guests. The atmosphere is amazing. A significant drawback mentioned is that there are no bathrooms available at this location.
