This is hands down my favorite restaurant in Orlando! From the moment you walk in, you see the clean, well-maintained space that feels welcoming and comfortable. It’s never too crowded or too loud, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed meal or a casual night out.

The staff is incredibly friendly—always attentive and genuinely happy to make sure you have a great experience. And the food? Absolutely excellent. Every dish is crafted well, full of flavor, and perfectly portioned.

What really sets this place apart for me is their delicious Sapporo, served in frosted glasses. It’s such a nice touch that takes the dining experience to the next level.

If you’re looking for amazing food, a great atmosphere, and top-notch service, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Delicious food!! I tried the miso soup, gyoza, spring rolls, and Tonkotsu ramen. Miso soup was okay (wouldn’t order again) but everything else …. absolutely delicious. the gyoza and spring rolls were flavorful and the perfect consistency. The ramen was actually addicting. Will be returning!

This was a wonderful experience! From the service being fast and helpful, to the flavors of the multiple different rolls, appetizers, and entrees we ordered, this was a 10/10 experience. We felt very welcomed and everything was brought out in a timely manner. They even accommodated our table with gf soy sauce! New weekly spot:)

So far, the freshest and best Japanese food in Orlando. Been to Japan numerous times and this is closest to authentic you can get.

This is a nice little place with a friendly set of staff offering up a lot of Japanese dishes. We enjoyed our visit, the food was very delightful, we had a mix of sushi and other dishes. The sushi platters looked amazing, the Hamaserrano was a highlight of the meal.

The food is genuine. Probably one of the most authentic Japanese food experiences you will have outside of Japan. I am in Japan for business for about 7 weeks per year. Shin gets it right. Their secret is that they cook the same rice the same way as you would get in a Japanese restaurant in Japan. Their fish is fresh, and the preparation is flawless.

It may sound weird to say this as well but their Karaage (Japanese Fried Chicken) is some of the best you will have. It is as good if not better than many restaurants in Japan. Treat yourself.

The service is casual and friendly. They hit just the right note. Get yourself an Asahi (Super Dry) to go with your sushi and karaage. You will never forget the meal, and you will be back for more!

I genuinely have never had better sushi in my life!!! Everything was absolutely amazing, and the service was great as well, we sat at the bar and the sushi chefs were awesome! Incredible value as well. Also if you don’t like fish, the chicken katsu curry was divine as well! Must try restaurant in Orlando if you like sushi.

Been coming here for about 5 years. Definitely one of the best sushi places in town. Their sushi and salads are always very fresh and delicious. The rolls are pretty big too. HIGHLY recommend their avocado salad!!!
