My boyfriend and I are in Orlando for just 2 nights. Our flight was good but we got scammed with our car rental and had to rent another car. I was having a bad day and difficulty finding gluten free/dairy free restaurants. Florida is NOT the place if you have dietary restrictions. Japanese food is usually safe and I was fortunate to come across Shin Japanese Cuisine in my search. The food was fantastic! Beautiful presentation, unique sushi roll options, and a great drink menu....

We came for lunch and had the Katsu curry and the Golden roll (rainbow roll with chief picked sashimi)
Rolls came out fast and top tier sushi quality!
Staff was friendly and engaging too, we will be back!
