We already love Shin Jung, but, sadly, we aren’t there as often as I’d like. The food is fantastic, atmosphere is casual but comfortable and the service is friendly and efficient. I had the Dolsot Bibimbab served in a steaming, sizzling hot pot—beef, mushrooms, sprouts, cucumbers and shredded g carrots and radish. I am NEVER disappointed when I come to Shin Jung. Every time I come theres quality service and food. Our server was an older asian woman and when I asked for veggie broth instead of beef broth in the Kimchi Stew, she came with some banchans that were vegetarian friendly and I felt so cared for! Will keep coming here and enjoying their food!?
