The little bar here at the All Star Movie resort is wonderful! A nice break from the kids with a wide variety of beer and mixed drinks. The Pina Colava was a great take on the classic Pina colada.
We stayed at this Disney property for 3 days in May. Nice hotel, good for kids and excellent transportation to all the parks. Rooms could use updating, little musty odor with comfortable beds. There is a McDonald’s right outside the entrance to make breakfast a little cheaper since food in the Disney hotels is expensive. The hotel has 2 nice size pools for the family to enjoy. There are better, nicer and more modern hotels inside Disney but they come with a larger price. So...
There are some very good things going for this place. The decor and theme are fantastic. It looks like a fun hotel. The swimming pool and other minor attractions the resort offers were nice. I also loved the shuttle service from the hotel to the parks, which saved a lot of hassle for myself and my wife. However, the rooms are somewhat small. Take away all the Disney trappings and it's not much different from a Super 8 motel. For us, we knew we'd be in the parks all day...
