“Just called Rivers Lakeland to place a pick up order. Man answered the phone. Stated they don't take orders by phone have to do online. Told him I tried that wouldn't work. Said that's how they do take out. I've been going to 4 Rivers for years. Was ordering for six people over $100. Told him I'll find some place else to order from. Won't be back.“

“Good Barbeque restaurant in the Florida Mall. The Florida Mall has 6 anchor stores, 250 stores and over 1.7 million square feet of space. This makes it one of the largest malls in Florida. It is a very nice mall and seems in my opinion large, clean and upscale compared to most in the area. The Mall has an entire dining pavilion near the center of the stores on the north side of the structure. There are 25 restaurants around a central eating area. The restaurant at the mall entrance part of the dining pavilion is a Barbeque restaurant called Gotcha Smokehouse BBQ. It sports a small entrance with a counter facing the mall and a few seats to the right hand side as you enter the establishment. The staff was very friendly and offered samples as I entered. I sampled the chicken and the beef and decided to order the chicken with my two sides being rice and beans. The chicken and rice was very good. The beans and corn bread were not to my liking. The price was reasonable for the amount of food that I received. Overall, it was a good meal at a good price that I would recommend for people looking for good barbecue in the area.“
