This is easily the best smoothie shop around this area, and has stolen my business from my standby, tropical smoothie cafe. These smoothies taste as though they have better ingredients, and are smoother in texture. However, there is one employee here, who just simply doesn’t seem to care about his job. I order pretty much the same thing every time, which every other employee can handle pretty easily. His smoothies are “consistently inconsistent” with flavor and texture, and today he decided to add something that I didn’t ask for, and having to remake them. Furthermore, every other employee at the very least has a smile on, and seem genuine with their customer service, another lacking trait of this particular gentleman. Perhaps a retraining of sorts is necessary for him to understand the concepts of the service industry.

This location is exceptionally clean. I came with my daughter and neither of us knew what to get. The gentleman that was behind the counter took the time to find out what we were in the mood for and pointed out the smoothies with those characteristics. And made adjustments since some of the things we mentioned weren't on the menu. The smoothie was delicious and very filling. Exactly what we both wanted. I'd come back her in a heart beat whenever I'm in the area again.

The vegan smoothies have protein added, which gives them a powdery texture and taste. The employee there was nice and quick, even though he was the only one there.

There was only one person when I came in and while I applaud how fast he had my smoothie made I had questions about the app and he had no idea because we was new. How is a new person alone already?

I forgot to say that I didn’t want bananas until the girl had already put them. I apologized and asked if there was anyway she could remake it and said how sorry I was and that my mind was just in another place when I ordered. She made me buy a whole other smoothie instead of just having good customer service and remaking it. Her shift was over before I even left the store so I’m kinda thinking this is why. Still super frustrating especially since there is a sticker on the counter that says they’ll remake it if you aren’t happy.

Very nice employee and yummy smoothies. My only complaint is there was a panhandler inside the establishment awkwardly asking customers for money.
