Walked in at 12:04 and left at 12:27, that’s how long it took for my smoothie to be made incorrectly. The lady working was the only one helping customers and the tall gentleman wasn’t doing anything but having a nasty attitude.I’ve always loved Smoothie King, but this location lack’s consistency each time I come here. I’ve already contacted the feedback option on the app, so we’ll see if the owner’s response to this review is genuine or the typical blanket statement for all reviews.

Overcharging customers on sales tax. Sales tax is 6.5% for Orange County (FL). They're charging customers 7.1% at this location. Check your receipts!!

The reviews are true, it’s not just complainers. This is the worst one I’ve been to. They are very slow and still mess up the orders.

We were sitting down for 20 minutes on top of that they told us there was no bowls available and we just left and it’s not the first time

Service is so slow, with nobody in line in front of us. They’re always out of fresh fruit for acai bowls. Seems like they are substituting with frozen mushy fruit. Açaí bowls are never consistent in texture and thickness, received them like soup.

The drinks are made horribly. The customer service is horrible. The girls that work at the drive thru are extremely unfriendly on numerous occasions. Really a disgusting place.

In drive through for 35 min with only 2 people ahead of me. Then my açaí bowls came out wrong. Why??!!

This business manager must be a total idiot. I look at the replys she has left for customers and I am surprised by someone being so daft and dumb. I'm sure this place will be out of business soon. Tropical Smoothie Cafe has way better smoothies at less than half the price. Now I'm going to review them on Google and other sites as well!

You're waiting in line for 10 minutes while two employees try to rush through 10 cars worth of orders then asked to wait for another 10-20 minutes. Seems like it's understaffed compared to the amount of people coming in and the time it takes to make everyone's orders. Also say hello to some really dirty vents you stand right under while ordering

Second time of having a bad experience with this staff. First time I came during normal daytime hours and there was no staff there. Lights on and doors locked, knocked and nobody answered.Tonight I arrive at 7:55 in the drive through and they say they are closed. We asked if they close at 8 and they say yes but they are no longer taking orders. I drive around on my way out and see people inside.

Do not order here unless you’re prepared to spend 15+ mins waiting. No sense of urgency. Understaffed perhaps? Not sure. The smoothie was fine but I have places to be so won’t be frequenting this location.
