Do not order here unless you’re prepared to spend 15+ mins waiting. No sense of urgency. Understaffed perhaps? Not sure. The smoothie was fine but I have places to be so won’t be frequenting this location.
The taste and quality of the smoothies is going downhill, fast. Lately, my smoothies have tasted like water and lake flavor. Also, today I was given the wrong smoothie, while having a smoothie remade. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.

Second time of having a bad experience with this staff. First time I came during normal daytime hours and there was no staff there. Lights on and doors locked, knocked and nobody answered.Tonight I arrive at 7:55 in the drive through and they say they are closed. We asked if they close at 8 and they say yes but they are no longer taking orders. I drive around on my way out and see people inside.
