I do not recommend this Sonic location. We ordered our food on the mobile app in the parking lot at 6:43 pm. We pushed the red button to talk to a server because we had been waiting 30 min for our order. They answered and we asked how long our food would be because we had been waiting. They did not respond. They finally came out with our food and blamed it on a computer error. We were trying to explain that we were frustrated that we waited so long, but the employee made the decision to turn and walk away while we were talking to her. Our food was food, ice cream melted, and we were missing two drinks. Very frustrated!

This place is awful, it took them about 30 minutes to make a cheeseburger, tots, corndog and two drinks. When we finally got our food, they put an entire bottle of ketchup and mustard on my cheeseburger. My wife's tots were old and had old burnt up French fries in them and slopped in the box. The entire wait they were telling everybody "drive thru only." When to lady brought out our food she gave it to us without saying one word.

This place is a total mess. The outside area to eat was filled with bugs and flies there was a cockroach. The bathrooms are very unsanitary and tiles are missing. The food was not so good and had a terrible after taste. Finally the food took over 25 minutes. Don’t spend your money here.

This place is beyond disappointing. I can only laugh at how absurd it is. The lady on the headset was cursing about not being able to find things and it took forever to get our order. At the least the people were somewhat nice. If this were my franchise I’d be embarrassed, especially with it being the only one in 30-45 minutes of other locations.

We first attempted to order from Doordash...they canceled our order after 15 minutes of confirming they'd recieved it. So after a long day at Universal and walking all the way back to our hotel, my husband had to hop in our car and GO to sonic to put in the order.NOT only were THEY incredibly LAZY- it took 5 "red button" pushes- minutes apart before someone would finally take our order!! 30 MINUTES LATER!!!! They finally bring food out...and they Didn't even send out the complete order-The worst service ? EVER-Pretty upsetting considering it was just a few burgers and a kids meal- the kids meal only had apple sauce and fries... we just wanted a grilled cheese ?♀️

This place was absolutely horrible, the people were nice but the food was absolutely awful. I ordered a grape slushie with real cream. But they kept forgetting to bring it out! We had to keep pushing the button. So we waited 25 mins for me to receive ice half melted with no flavoring and some milk! I was very upset. They took our order wrong as well. Brought my husband the wrong flavor of milkshake we even paid for the extras and whatnot. And got the wrong cheese burgers:(

Really run down, always out of food. When they get the order wrong they make you pay extra for it. Last year they over charged my card 5 times and the manager wouldn't even fix it. I love sonic but being this is only one in my area and I have to drive 45mins to get here, I don't recommend this one.
