Probably the 2nd worst pizza I’ve ever had, the worst being, the one time a friend accidentally overcooked a digornio in the oven… Asked for it well done, the cheese was barely cooked, and I think they forgot the sauce. Highly recommend not getting pizza from here

We bought this timeshare at the end of 1998 before it was fully built. However It was our first visit here as we have been exchanging each time with RCI. Having visited many Gold Crown resorts around the world I was a little disappointed. The first thing was having to pay for room service having been an owner for so many years !. They didn't even empty the bins! Also no sigh of recycling at all ! The other thing that really got us was the VERY PUSHY salesmen on the concierge desk ! We had just got off a 9 hr flight and they were trying to sell us more timeshare (we are already owners !!). The location is great for Disney parks which is where we spent most of our holiday. Generally its a nice resort as a base for visiting Orlando attractions. Balcony was netted which was great and apartment was clean when we arrived.

The Fountains was awesome. The pool was huge and kept extremely warm, and almost every part of it is shallow enough (but not too shallow, like between 3.5'-5' deep) that my 7 & 8 yr old daughters could swim/stand if needed. I also really liked that there was music on all day...it made the loooong pools days fun, as did the cocktails and draft beer at the poolside grill :) They also have some nice happy hour specials. The pools stay open late, until 10pm, so night swimming was fun. We had fun getting the golf cart rides around the resort (cheap thrills for the kids). The room was very spacious and had all the kitchen amenities/linens/towels/dishwasher detergent/laundry soap you'd need, but the carpets/floors were dirty...like so dirty that our feet were black, so we wore flipflops inside most of the time. There are a ton of restaurants and grocery stores very close by, but not quite close enough to walk to with little kids. We will definitely be returning!

Didn't actually go to this location. Had to deal with them on the phone. Very high pressure sales person who wouldn't stop talking and didn't know when to quit. Definitely know that I would not want to do business with these people! If you check out other online reviews it becomes clear this is not a good business!

The resort was beautiful! Our room was missing the shower curtain in one bathroom, and there was no trash can in the one bathroom either. Other than that, the grounds are beautiful. I was hoping one pool would be adults only, but honestly I wish I was able to stay longer and the checkout time was a little later like noon.

We stayed at the Fountains in Orlando April 7-16. Our room was not ready at check in time which would have been fine had the room actually been cleaned which was unfortunately not the case. Our first room was in building 8 which had problems upon problems. There was not one luggage cart for the whole building so we had to lug a car full of stuff by hand up to our room. (the same thing happened when we went food shopping that night, again no cart to be found) The room was in need of some major updates. Every chair was stained, stains on the carpet, the shelf in the fridge was broken, the shelf in the closet was broken, bathrooms were outdated. Not only was this room in need of some renovations but it was filthy as well; crumbs on the couch and in cabinets, pen scribbled on the table, bathroom counter and mirror were visibly dirty, and the floor turned our feet black. We had called to have someone clean the room but nobody ever showed. We then got a call late that evening saying they could come first thing in the morning. However, as we went to get into bed that night we noticed our sheets/ mattress cover were stained and had hairs in them. This was the last straw for us and a call was made to the manager on duty who said we could switch rooms the next day when one was ready. However, in the meantime, according to the manager there was nobody there that “was trained” that could come replace everything on the bed and take away the soiled stuff. Sheets were finally sent up so we could make our own bed after having to call twice for them. The manager ended up delivering them and he did take away all the soiled stuff. However, we never received the duvet and at this point it was almost 12 am and we were too tired and just did without it. The next morning we called to get into our new room which was not ready yet but they insisted we had to get out of the room we were in. We had all of our belongings plus a whole fridge and freezer full of food since we went shopping after we checked in and we didn’t feel comfortable leaving everything somewhere. We were able to get our 10:00 check out to 11:00, and then they finally agreed to let us stay because our room was supposed to be ready at 12. In the meantime, I brought the kids down to the pool where there was not one chair available. They have signs saying unattended items will be removed after 60 minutes but that is clearly not enforced. Around 2:15 our new room was finally ready. The manager delivered our keys but didn’t offer to help or get someone to help my husband with our three carts full of belongings. Our new room was in building 9. It was a newer building, modern, and most importantly clean. The only issues here was it took about 5 minutes for the water to heat up, there was literally no water pressure, and there were not any grills located near this building either. A manager called a few days later to ask about what happened in the first room so we mentioned to him about the water pressure in this room and he was going to send someone up right away to look at it, however, nobody ever showed. This seemed to be the case quite often here as if you called for supplies they either took forever to get there or never came at all. Our kids did enjoy the arcade and activities offered at the resort. Even though our second room was better we will never be returning to this resort and definitely don’t recommend it. If you do go, ask for building 9 and check your sheets as soon as you arrive!

Clean and well supplied unit, though it is dated. Ample parking. Grounds kept clean. Hot water sufficient even for 6 of us and the water pressure is wonderful. Washer, dryer, dishwasher all in room and worked well. So many tv channels available it was almost ridiculous. Plemty of grills and firepits available. Good location and easy access in and out of resort. Cons- salesman at check in very aggressive with trying to upsell. Several games in arcade broken. Gym is nice but smaller than expected. Chairs and tables at the pool taken by placing a towel on them, read on website that belongings would be removed after an hour but didn't see this happening. We were unable to find a single chair by the pool and the only option was to rent a cabana. We chose to go to a different pool instead and the heater hadn't been turned on in that one. The hot tubs never had bubbles, not sure if they were broken or what.

We waited almost 4 hours for a unit. The unit was anything but clean. The dishwasher was running without any dishes in it. We left to buy our own cleaning supplies to clean the unit before bringing our luggage in.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very nice. There where not many kids activities or music at the pool like other places we stayed at. We would come back. The gym could be a little bigger. Over all very nice.

We love to stay here it’s got a phenomenal pool and bar. Beautiful landscaping, nice rooms, many pool options with heated and outdoor pools. They have a golf cart service to take you to your building or the big pool if needed as well! We stay here every time we go to Orlando!

The resort is well maintained and a pleasant place to stay but non-owners are taken advantage of by being additionally overcharged for housekeeping services. Otherwise, the grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed here a few times and it is always nice. The location is right in the middle of everything, between disney and SeaWorld. Plenty of shopping and dining options near by but also with a full kitchen the ability to not have to eat out all the time if you are on a budget. Plenty of activities and 3 pools make it relaxing. From the right angle you can even see magic Kingdom fireworks from the balcony. Makes for a nice home away from home.

RCI claims this is a gold crown resort. I don't know what is the definition of gold. We were assigned to a unit with a broken dishwasher, carpets were dirty you will think twice to go barefoot, plus a security guard who we think is actually a thief tryin to enter a unit and upon realizing that there were people inside the unit, pretended to warn us that we are noisy. Note that we just got back from DisneyWorld a few minutes when she banged in our door so there was no way we had made so much commotion enough for a complaint. It was good location and if they were trying to sell me, they should not have assigned us to the oldest building in the compound! There were nice staff but the guard ruined it all for us. Security is critical when you are staying at a place so not feeling safe is not good for a vacation place.

Very large size 2 bedroom unit that is perfect for our young children because we didn't feel crammed like a traditional hotel room. Location of the Fountains is great to get to SeaWorld, Universal and Disney parks. Very close driving range to many restaurants.
