This was a somewhat interesting experience in my opinion, the first thing was doesn’t have a scanner for the App QR, so you can’t get stars for buying here. The store is well organized, and the work team is so friendly. Also at the end of check out they give you a ticket in case you want to leave any tips, the turkey sandwich was spectacular, not hard and flavorless like in other locations I have visited, and my Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade was deliciousParking: The Hotel have a free parking for short parking time, no for overnight

The lines here are ridiculous. And no mobile ordering. The line finally died down by noon so I went and they were out of pumpkin and oat milk. I opted for a different drink than the pumpkin cold brew I wanted and it was terrible.

I was staying at the resort for Halloween Horror Nights and I am not sure who made my drink but it was the best Pumpkin Cream cold brew I have ever had. Thank you for making my drink right, I really appreciate it. Coming from food service background I understand how little appreciation you all get. Thank you so much it made my day that much better! <3

This Starbucks is located inside the Cabana Bay Beach Resort. It is extremely convenient and although it was always busy, the service was fast and great. I ordered a caffe mocha, a caramel frappuccino and a frozen pineapple passion fruit lemonade. When the order was ready, one of the drinks was incorrectly made but one of the baristas quickly fixed the order and we were out in no time. The area was clean and of course, the aroma made anything else that may have been wrong, right.
Ridiculous long wait with pretty mediocre customer service. They don’t seem to ask questions like how much cream or sugar would a customer like while placing on order. I do understand we as a customer should proactively say what we need however being a customer representative it won’t hurt by asking questions.

The hotel was clean. The rooms are spacious and clean, with ample storage space, a lounging area, plenty of outlets, room darkening shades, and a very cold refrigerator. The bathroom was spacious. The shower was set up nicely with storage, a footrest, and a retractable close line. The amenities are excellent. The pool areas are not large but big enough. It's nice that the deepest part of the pool is five feet. Towel pickup and drop-off locations are spread throughout, which is a plus for convenience. There were plenty of seats. The lines were short for drinks and food. The Bowling alley was clean and fun. The price was reasonable. The service was excellent. The decor was on point and added to the experience. The arcade had plenty of games. The prices are comparable. The shuttle service was excellent. The times were fantastic. With the close pick up and drop off times, we had very minimal wait times. The signs at Universal Studios were easy to see and get to. The drivers were cautious and helpful. Dining: The food court has a variety of options. Make sure you read the information provided upon check-in for how to order, what needs to be ordered, and reservations. Shake shop: Positive: The choices are many. The staff members are friendly, efficient and helpful. Gluten-free cones are a great option. For people with dietary restrictions and food allergies, there are options. For people with multiple dietary restrictions and/or food allergies, the food options are minimal. However, the restaurants do what they can to accommodate. They are willing to work with you within reason. Parking: There is plenty of convenient parking. Suggestion: Make sure you inquire about the parking fees. Staff: Every single staff member that we encountered or spoke with were respectful, helpful, professional, and friendly. They were hard-working and very attentive. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved quickly. The decor was great. For people like my family who have a love for all things nostalgic, we loved the details that provided a sense of going back in time yet provided us with all of the conveniences of today.

We had a wonderful time at the Cabana Bay Beach Resort! This was our 2nd time staying here! This resort is so fun with the pools and lazy river! The food choices and dining are great! Fun place to stay! The resort is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. We celebrated our daughter’s Sweet 16 Birthday and visited the Volcano Bay Water Park during our stay which we could walk to from our resort and we had a blast! We had a Volcano Bay Water park view room on a high floor and the views are amazing! We love this resort and highly recommend it!
