The next day a I told the cashier what happened and he told me “he’ll let them know.” No offer of a replacement sandwich or even an apology. Additionally, three people in my party an ordered the same sandwich, and two out of three got the wrong sandwich. The staff is subpar to say the least.

I got coffee pretty much twice a day during our stay at portofino. The staff was always working hard and quickly on orders, even when it was busy they got through orders quickly, efficiently and with a smile on their face. You can use a Starbucks giftcard but can not redeem points at this location.

Very Beautiful and clean. The evening concert from the balcony was amazing. I loved the outside patio areas by the lake. The grounds were immaculate and the staff very friendly. We had buffet style breakfast and lunch outside the ball rooms and the food was so fresh and delicious which I did not expect. Fresh fruit and the best grits I have ever eaten!!! A great place to stay for business or pleasure.

Awful value for the money. Under construction, dated, not sure why they were renting our room. Had workers come up to where there was a window. Dated amenities, wonderful staff. I travel for work often, most disappointing experience I can recall.
This is an exceptional property. Every interaction I had with staff was pleasant, they are very customer service oriented. Beautiful, relaxing property. Use the villa pool it tends to be quieter and it's a very relaxing setting. There is a hot tub and plunge pool there that tends to have less people Go to dinner at Mama's it's they have live singers going from table to table and the food is great. Make sure to catch the singing at the harbor at least once (730p)....grab some gelato and enjoy! Pro tip: buy coffee at Sbux in the morning keep your receipt- free refills all day LOVED this experience PS also comes with Unlimited Express Pass and early entry for Universal

I would say YEAH definitely don't stay at Portofino for the price that is charged. Go to Portofino for the view of the harbor, for the singers on the balcony at night, for the tropical smell of the place, for the decor inside, maybe even for the Starbucks BUT after you have done those things, promptly hop back onto the boat and go stay literally anywhere else especially if its going to save you hundreds of dollars and days of headaches. Cabana Bay has never done me so wrong, it even has a showers in the fitness center.

This is our second trip to the Portofino Bay hotel and it’s more amazing than last time! The concierge manager, Tracy Ribbons, took extra time and heart to find a lost personal item for me, after I had tried all the usual methods myself. Yesterday, Maya Singer, and Faith, also Concierge, personally helped me with an Avis car rental, with pickup and dropoff right at the hotel. The personalized service of the concierge is just amazing to me. It is their service and that of the front desk, housekeeping, building maintenance and grounds that make this a fabulous five star resort in my experience, and this level of service and warm welcome will keep my husband and I coming back as often as possible.

This is our third stay at Portofino Bay, as always it has been a terrific time. The Staff are amazing. The restaurants are fantastic. It truly is an amazing place. Can't wait till we come back again.

We rented a one bedroom suite. When we checked in, the living room area had an industrial carpet drying fan in the room. The carpet in the corner was damp and there was mold in the corner. We asked for a different room, but they had none available. They did close the living room area off and did not charge us for that portion the first night, and then moved us the next day. For a premier hotel, we were extremely disappointed they rented a room with mold. This needs to be eradicated before they try to rent it out. When we got to our new suite, it was nice and plenty of room for our family. The rest of the property was very nice. We did like the boat transportation to the theme parks and CityWalk. The pools are great.
