There was a bit of a line out the door but the employees handled it nicely and calmly. Maybe they've improved since the negative reviews people have left, but definitely not a 1 star. The hotel, on the other hand ?
Best holiday trip by far. Exceptional hotel living experience with customer service excellence. Very helpful and friendly staff right from the start to the end of the holiday stay. Beautiful views from the hotel room, giving it a European holiday experience. Experience Portofino in Florida. Thank you Loews.

I got coffee pretty much twice a day during our stay at portofino. The staff was always working hard and quickly on orders, even when it was busy they got through orders quickly, efficiently and with a smile on their face. You can use a Starbucks giftcard but can not redeem points at this location.
