I went on Sunday, June 23 2024, approximately 12-1pm it was my first time there was a lady with circular glasses (assuming American) who was kind of rushing me. I explained to her that it was my first time and she’s like slightly cutting me off asking what I wanted or was just saying coffee or caramel. “ keep in mind I have vision problems I tried to at least try to say it but I was cut off” I told her that I like ice coffee but as I try to explain to her she’s like cutting me off asking if I know what I want. I told her that I like ice caramel macchiato from other restaurants “I try to ask her if she has an Ice caramel macchiato—-she cuts me off after ice caramel—— and goes (caramel or no caramel) and is repeatedly saying caramel no caramel I wasn’t sure if she was high …… so she takes my order and I tried to give her cash tip because I couldn’t understand the pin system when it says tip no tip I was trying to tip her on the pin system so I couldn’t understand …. I tried to give her cash ….when my card approved of the payment she goes either “your…….BYE” as if I purposely didn’t give her a tip it wasn’t intentional I wasn’t unsure how to use the tip system she even took the pin thing the coffee was pretty good

There was a white young lady and a black young lady at the register this [morning ‘opening’ Sunday, June 23’ 2024] the white girl with the circular glasses was rushing and rude to my son who has special needs he wanted some coffee and the lady was rushing him she told him “your good bye” and told the other workers she was scared of him he went to the bathroom crying because he has tattoos or I’m not sure why she was scared of him this is very unprofessional towards my son

But the service of this specific one that is inside Macy's sadly disappointed me, their attention is fatal, not at all friendly, I felt obliged to leave a tip for a coffee to go... This should be the national Starbucks model for customer service. Freddy and the entire staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I feel like I’m at my neighborhood coffee shop with my neighbors. Makes the coffee taste that much better.
