Terrible service from Starbucks employees on January 3rd. I originally wasn’t going to write a review, but after sharing the experience with my doctor, I decided to make sure management was aware of this situation.
We first had a poor experience with the cashier having an incredibly poor attitude against us. We ordered a cold Chai Latte specifically with no ice & WHOLE milk. And we mentioned that she could not have nuts, but this was ignored. She was incredibly rude and dismissed us quickly despite us trying to be nice.
When the drink came out, my friend took a sip and immediately knew something was wrong. The ticket showed the order as incorrect with ALMOND MILK. I went back immediately and ask for a remake with whole milk, and let them know again that she was allergic to nuts. This was taken with ZERO urgency or care, and not even an apology was provided. The employees just started laughing and making fun of the order very loudly behind the counter.
After the drink was remade, thankfully my friend was able to take a Benadryl and not experience anything beyond breaking out in hives.

DO NOT DRINK THAT WATER
I stopped by Starbucks to order a simple black coffee and a cup of water, and the experience was really disappointing. The line alone took about 30 minutes. After finally ordering what should be one of the simplest drinks, it still took another 10 minutes to get my coffee.
When I asked about the water, I was told it was self-serve on the side. I went over and found the water dispenser completely empty. I asked an employee if they could refill it, and their attitude was immediately unpleasant, like it was an inconvenience to even ask.
What made it worse was how they handled it. The employee grabbed a dirty clear container, filled it with tap water, and used that to refill the dispenser. At that point, I walked away because I wasn’t comfortable drinking water handled that way.
Long wait times, poor attitude, and questionable cleanliness made this a very frustrating visit. Definitely not the level of service I expect.

The only Starbucks in this mall is at the entrance of Macy’s. Maybe there was one at some point on the other side of the mall but not any more. Avoid the hustle.
I was at Macy’s shopping when I decided to buy a drink. The employees, with a dismissive and seemingly racist attitude, turned to me and told me the counter was closed. I politely asked for a glass of water to take my medication, and instead of kindly saying “of course, we can provide that,” they mockingly turned away, gave me a disdainful look, and walked out through the back door. They removed their aprons, laughed among themselves, shrugged their shoulders as if to say, “too bad, we don’t care,” and left the store approximately 30 minutes before closing.
It is disappointing to witness this kind of behavior in young employees—so lacking in empathy and customer service—especially toward the very customers whose purchases sustain their payroll. If the managers had seen this, it would have been shocking. Truly incredible.

My experience at this Starbucks was very unpleasant due to the behavior of the employee Kevin. His attitude was arrogant, with inappropriate looks and a clear lack of professionalism in dealing with customers. As a customer, one expects a cordial and respectful environment, something that was completely absent on this occasion. Starbucks should ensure that its employees represent the quality and hospitality that the brand is known for.
David helped me get my coffee quick and out the door. Thanks for the help! 5 stars.

Very arrogant employees, especially the African-American woman of small stature.I ordered coffee from them twice and two whole times she literally pretended like she didn't understand what I was saying.Although I don't have bad English.Extremely unpleasant look at me and made coffee without adding pistachios.And after I didn't leave and asked them to add them, they realized that I wouldn't leave without my coffee that I ordered.They made what I ordered.But with indignation. They work at the hotel, they have a large number of guests, how can they afford such behavior?

Unique location just inside the front entrance of Macy's. Open spaces and cozy chairs but not a typical intimate space that most of them provide. Good coffee, and decent speed.

I simply asked for a fork and a worker said I was yelling at the person behind the counter when I wasn’t. Very rude and it seemed as if no one cared. Won’t be coming here anymore.

the service was terrible.The girl that took out order acted like she didn’t care at all and ok tip of that gave us the food WITH THE PLASTIC BAG.We’ve had this iced lemon and it always comes without it.Perfect location but service horrible.

Charging standard a 25% tip on the pin machine sounds like a hustle to me .
You must push a few arrows to alter or remove the tip . Why give a tip while their prices are already absurd and the 30 sec it take to make a coffee.
