I stopped in for an early breakfast on my way home from the airport. I sat down to wait for our order and my husband and I got table service from the barista! The staff are very friendly and professional.

The parking lot is tiny and the drive thru is not oriented well for entering or leaving, especially with the cross traffic when you’re trying to leave. However, my drink was well made and the girl at the window was very nice.

I am so disappointed with this Starbucks location in Orlando. I ordered a spinach wrap, and what I got was an absolute mess. It wasn’t cut in half, it was falling apart, and honestly looked like it was just thrown together with zero care. I literally had to throw away my whole food because it was not edible.
If I’m paying full price, the least I expect is basic quality and presentation. This location seriously needs better training and attention to detail. I won’t be returning.

10 employees behind the counter! all of them are constantly working and SMILING. Kind to patrons, quick on orders. Not sure when was the last time I saw this at a Starbucks. Service is wonderful.

I ordered a venti at the speaker and was given a grande at the window, I nicely said it was supposed to be a venti and the barista offered to remake it. What he did was pour the grande in a venti cup and fill the rest of it with cold foam making my drink over 50% cold foam and undrinkable but I was late for work so nothing I could do in the moment. Genuinely ruined my day:/

Was having an incredibly rough day and the staff at this location went out of their way to try and make it Better. I was incredibly touched. Every single staff member was welcoming and friendly. One staff member was even going around asking anyone if they would like some water or a refill. Best experience I have had at any coffee shop, anywhere. Cheers to the team that was working on Wednesday Oct 1st between like 12:30- to the afternoon.

Quick visit to Orlando and found ourselves near this Starbucks which is perfectly located near MCO airport. I walked in and was immediately greeted with smiles and a great attitude. We ordered 2 drinks from the seasonal menu and the barista really topped our drinks off. I was very satisfied with my beverage. The manager was seen assisting in the drive thru but still had a moment to stop by our table to see how we were. Truly something I rarely experience especially at such a busy location. Very satisfied with our quick visit and will return when I travel again
