We ordered 4 hot drinks three non-dairy. They all came out slightly warm like they didn’t feel like warming the milk all the way. Two of the nondairys they decided to just give us regular milk. We had to have them remake them, one came back fine but the other one they gave us a caramel syrup when it was not ordered.
If you have to go to this store check everything!! Just skip it otherwise.

They charge regular store prices! I can’t tell you how nice that is, no upcharge for being in citywalk. We just got a cold beverage, but the service was fast and good. We came on a quiet day, so there was no line. Can’t speak to what it would be like in a busy day.

I ordered an espresso with cream and sugar, first of all it was cold because I didn't ask for the milk to be heated, in short if you come for a good espresso coffee this is not the place, I understand the stress but the quality and customer service count and The girl's attitude was not the best, I understand it is an espresso but it didn't even fill half the small glass.
Starbucks isn't my go too for coffee, I'm not interested in being "in" or part of this fad, but decided to get my family one while we were here, and one of the drinks TOOK OVER 40MINS, I really wish that I was exaggerating here, but no, we wait there for over 40 mins for a coffee drink. People were coming in and getting their drinks and leaving. We asked about the drink and got an "oops" for our trouble.

Ordered a cold brew and were told they were out after waiting. They offered iced coffee. Which I didn’t want. Had to wait forever while their manager said we had to wait for him to do the refund while he’s slowly calling out customers drink orders instead of issuing the refund to me. Super slow service. There wasn’t even a long line or many people waiting.

After waiting in a lengthy line was told Starbucks Orlando city walk was not serving any food, with no plans to do so. The cashier could not give us any explanation even though the menu was right next to her. It wa10:30 in the morning.
