I was here at HHN Oct. 17 and the staff was phenomenal. There was a problem with my gift card in the app and the cashier knew exactly what to do and literally transferred the funds herself to a new card.
The prep team was on point and very fast. It always looked super busy but they were really moving those drinks, so people were getting in and out quickly.
The guy calling names had awesome projection and crowd control.
And of course, the cafe misto was delicious, exactly what we needed on a chilly October night.

It is slower than entering the attraction, there were 4 people in the place and we waited 40 minutes for a coffee, the staff is very slow, it seems that they don't care about serving or not serving.

The people were nice and helpful and the store had a cool feel. My sandwich bun was hard. They tried to fix but came out hard again. Never had an issue like this before. I didn't ask for a second replacement. FYI, you can't order in the app for this location.

I’ve been traveling around the states to visit every Starbucks, and I had such a great experience thanks to Cami! She was super friendly and really made my visit special. Cami was extremely patient with me and my child as we ordered since my daughter wasn’t sure what she wanted at the moment. Cami offered some awesome drink recommendations that my daughter ended up loving! During our short time there, I felt extremely welcomed, and the other staff were also very nice, but Cami really stood out. I’ll definitely remember this visit thanks to her fantastic service!
Kid-friendliness: This Starbucks is incredibly kid-friendly! I was there with my daughter, who couldn’t decide what she wanted, and the staff were so patient and helpful. Cami made some great drink suggestions that my daughter absolutely loved. The welcoming atmosphere and the attentive, kind staff made our visit very enjoyable. It’s a perfect spot for parents with kids. Highly recommend!❤️

Starbucks coffee at a busy location. My venti iced coffee came out pretty quickly. Impressed. Staff here seem to be programmed and trained to deal with a large crowd with speed. Nothing to complain about and nothing too special (besides the view outside) to rave about.
