The food was really delicious. The ambiance and environment is beautiful with all the lights above you and the cool food trays that are rotating trees on the table. A lot of Snow White characters are around and you get to “visit” the queen to take pictures. You will have to try the desserts. The best one is the cookies and crème panna cotta. It does cost 2 tickets or meals if you’re on the dining plan unfortunately. If you don’t mind paying for a little bit extra or one of your meals, then I’d say give it a try. The food is delicious and it was a very fun dinner. If you love Snow White or the evil Queen, it’s a must!

Absolutely wonderful! We loved our dinner at Storybook Dining. I had the pork shank, my husband the prime rib and our son the Herbed Chicken. The mushroom soup was legendary and we found out why! So delicious! The characters were very attentive and came by multiple times. And the queen! Fabulous! She really captured the character and all the mannerisms. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, food and atmosphere... But, it goes very quickly. We feel that they must pass as many customers as possible in a short time and free the table for the next reservation.

Kid-friendliness: 100% it's Disney.

Our server was amazing! But the food was not great. My husband order the chicken and they brought him the smallest portion, he joked about wanting to stop for food after because he was still hungry. 2 of the people at our table had prime rib, it was way too rare and grisly. We had better luck cutting it at home with a big knife. We don’t want to say anything at the restaurant. But honestly for what they charge it should have been perfect without us having to say anything. They also sat us at a corner table so half of us had our backs to the characters. But they had plenty of better tables that were open. The prices were also terribly expensive. Our bill was over $400 for 4 adults, a toddler, and 2 glasses of wine. We definitely won’t be back

Really nice enough, although a bit stressful as they rush through the dishes, which is a bad time to enjoy your wine.
The children enjoyed themselves with the figures that came walking around among the guests.
I think the food is far too expensive in relation to the quality, and I'm also not too happy with the way people tip in the US.

Second time dining here, and it was a let down.

By all means this is a wonderful spot for families, and literally anyone that loves Snow White. We came knowing we wanted to see the characters but we had a wonderful experience last time as well so we were anticipating this. The service this time around was just lacking.

For the price i wish the appetizers were either full portions and you can decide what you want or just give more food in general.

Entree was good but VERY fatty, and our entrees came out 5 minutes after the appetizers did,( which we hadn’t touched because we were interacting with one of the characters the moment the food was dropped.)

The characters really made the dinner special and then again we were brought dessert plates and items when our appetizer plates still weren’t taken away.

Server seemed very robotic and just breezed by everything and if we asked her a question she got thrown off by her routine.
We almost missed seeing the queen as well because our server had forgotten to give us the notice ahead of time she was about to leave.

All in all we probably won’t be back but maybe this was just an off night. Definitely come here for the meet and greet and atmosphere experience.

The meal, if you are on the meal plan like we were, is 2 credits. It's not worth the credits. Go to any other character dinner. You get two dwarfs and Snow White that come to the tables. The Evil Queen is by invitation after your meal. I don't think this place is worth the two credits. I was told it was because of the show that comes with the dinner. There is no show. The characters visit you and occasionally dance, like at Tusker House, Chef Mickey's, Crystal Palace and so on. There is no difference in how the characters interact throughout your dinner. It isn't like they are reenacting the story of Snow White or anything. They dance a bit and walk to the tables. Also depending on where you are seated, and there are some awful places to be seated, you will miss whatever the characters are doing anyway. The food was ok but not worth the two credits. So, in my opinion, save your money or credits on something else.

Amazing magical place to meet Snow White grumpy dopey and even the evil queen herself! Delicious menu with lots to eat and enjoy! My fave drink is the enchanted apple! The prime rib and fish dishes were winners at my table. Cute place to go for a special celebration or even a fine dining dinner!

Went last night. My family loved the experience. We had a great server. I question the temperature of our shrimp and appitizers. I got the prime rib. It was Not good. Then a few hours later I had food poisoning or norovirus? I have spent the last 15hrs deathly ill in my room and missing my 1st Disney day. Total nightmare.

We were lucky to snag reservations for NYE. The atmosphere was great, and our waiter was the sweetest. I loved the whole Snow White theme and the characters; however, I wasn't a huge fan of the food. A bit over priced for the taste and options.

This is by far the best character dining experience in Disney! Food is outstanding, service was excellent and the kids have plenty of time to get pictures and autographs with the characters. I recommend this over all the others offered in DW.
