“Subways is a restaurant chain that usually maintains its quality standards quite established, so this place was no exception, the service was what I liked the most because the person who served us was quite friendly and attentive. The food was quite delicious and the ingredients looked fresh and clean.

“This is amazing. I’m not sure the name of the person that made the sandwiches for us. He was new but was patient and very nice to us! However to the manager with the red hair and tattoos needs to learn how to treat her employees better. She comes in and he goes to greet her and she interrupts and says “get back to work.” Then proceeds to yell at the maintenance man who is fixing their soda machine. While making sandwiches she was also degrading the new employee. Miss girl, if you don’t know how to talk to people then don’t manage in customer service!“
“The guy was there by himself. Running behind on mobile orders with people waiting to place orders. But, it was the best sub I've had from Subway in quite some time. He did not get flustered and made our 4 subs like the sandwich artist he is. What a great worker you have here. Too bad he has to deal with so much stress from customers because of the wait. Everyone tonight waited patiently and gave him time to do his job. Unfortunately, you'll probably lose this employee. Like so many before that were good, they can find good work elsewhere with an employer that cares. Get these guys some late night help. Just think, you might double the number of subs that are made per hour if you do. This has been an issue for subway for many years. 30 years ago it didn't seem to be the case and stores were open until midnight or later. “This Subway was in the Orlando Regional Medical Center, and because Subway has a atmosphere that is special to its stores, it was nice to be able, to momentarily step out of the hospital environment and into a comfortable one that only Subway can provide. And as always, that smell of fresh bread and thought of getting food that isn't processed was key too..BTW, try the new Beast sub, its very similar to one they used to have back in the days called the Feast (funny how the names are similar) , its a heck of a meaty sub.and damn good!“
“This was our first stop after arriving in Orlando. We didn't have any groceries yet so we went here for a late lunch / early dinner. We got a meatball sandwich and a turkey wrap. Server was very friendly and she had a lot to do by herself. Turkey-Avocado wrap was really big - I had some while there and saved the other half for later.

“I have been to this Subway multiple times and always leave It with a good opinion. The place is very clean and organized I must say. The sandwiches are incredible (particularly The Beast). The Sweet Onion Teriyaki sauce is delicious. Regarding customer service, it wasn’t very satisfactory today. The employee seemed to be in a hurry to take your order, even though I was the only customer. I don't understand the need to despair with an empty place.“

Favorite bread is the Italian herb and cheese. I love the Chipotle southwest wrap and the double chocolate cookies as well as the macadamia ones, but the oatmeal and raisins are good, too. The restaurant has nice seating and fast service, and the associates are friendly and well known for the menu items as well. The gentleman working was super friendly even with people he wasn't assisting yet, and the lady that was helping with sandwich assembly kept up with his pace, remembering which sandwiches to charge for and was even able to cash out customers outside of sandwich line without holding anyone up. It's pretty disappointing that every time I go to Subway the sandwiches keep getting smaller and smaller the bread was like footlong hot dog bun that's funny prices have gone up and the size of the sandwiches are shrinking while I'm on a roll I went to another Subway they have put stainless steel covers over the food so you can't make your choices and see what the food likes before it's put on your sandwich that's pretty disappointing. And I really do like subway but quality and quantities disappearing. Next thing you know subways will be gone or obsolete.“

I got my sandwich to go because I had water in the car and a long drive back to Brandon but instead I stayed in my car and ate and watched. “I work around the area and sometimes need a fast lunch. Out of the choices I have tried, this is the only fast food place I can rely on to 1) have the food ready when I get there and B) get the order correct.
The one time I thought they didnt get the order correct (spoiler alert: they did), the manager was patient and had no attitude, even offered to make another one, even though she was kindly confident it was correct.
Thats the stuff that makes a difference.

“I really appreciated the service I got today. It was around 2-3 pm, 6/11/21. I asked for marinara sauce on a sub that usually doesn’t use it, but it’s a common order that Subway accommodates for me. The girl was new and wasn’t familiar with this request yet, but quickly went with it and accommodated me. I know it’s hard being new and learning some of the nuances. Before I ordered, I witnessed this young lady and another young lady accommodate a few exacting customers, all the while demonstrating great poise, patience, and friendliness through it all. “I went to this Subways on the day of Hurricane Milton. There were about 35 people in line. There ware 3 workers that were working as fast as they can. They were all polite and positive in this unexpected situation. No other food establishments were open. My wait was 40 Minutes and I appreciate that they were open so it was worth the wait. Once I made it to the the order counter, the worker was friendly and made my 4 sandwiches quickly.
