Friendly staff, good food! Just watch your receipt, I have been in twice at this location... the 1st time the woman who rang me up gave me my total then after I left I noticed I was charged a different amount a couple of dollars and change more... she had added a tip without me adding it! My 2nd trip was perfect!

Online order took 45 minutes to be prepared (order didn't even start being prepared until the 30 minute mark when I asked why my order wasn't completed yet). Talking with other students this seems to be a systemic issue where the staff doesn't prioritize online orders at all

Ordered a sub online Tuesday 08/20/2024. Waited 30 mins. Kept telling the employees I haven’t received my order. Showed the confirmation with the time of pick up and date. Was told by one employee that they never received the order. Showed proof the money came out of my account. Same employee stated since they never received the order it’s nothing they can and they can not make the sub. Even though money was taking out of account. Requested for a refund. The manager told the other employee that he’s not giving a refund. The same manager would not speak to me, ignored me the entire 2 hours until the store manager came back to the store. Poor customer service. Manger and the employee was rude and disrespectful. Call cooperate to leave a complaint no one answers the phone in the corporate office. Left a complaint on the corporate website. No one has returned my phone call or responded to my email. Now subway is in the business of taking money right in your face and now it’s ok.
