Sugar Divas Cakery brought the perfect sweet touch to our celebration! The desserts were not only beautifully presented but absolutely delicious—our guests were raving. Every bite was a treat, and it all tied in so well with our cruise-themed party. Easy to work with and wonderfully talented—highly recommend!

As a wedding florist, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Sugar Divas Cakery on multiple events, and every single time they blow me away. Their cakes aren’t just desserts—they’re showstopping pieces of edible art that perfectly complement the overall wedding design. Whether it’s a classic tiered cake or something bold and modern, they nail the look and the flavor every time.

From a vendor standpoint, Sugar Divas Cakery is a dream to collaborate with. Their team is punctual, professional, and always mindful of timelines and design flow. It’s a huge help when we're placing fresh florals or styling around their display—they're flexible, communicative, and always working toward the same goal: a stunning and cohesive wedding day.

Having vendor partners like Sugar Divas makes all the difference. They truly understand the value of teamwork and elevate the experience for both couples and fellow creatives. Highly recommend them to any couple looking for a beautiful and delicious wedding cake!

Ordered a custom Birthday cake for a Birthday when we were in town visiting. After reading a lot of reviews I ordered a custom cake with Sugar Divas, it was a important task since the friend in question is actually a chef so has pretty high standards and opinons about cake. The cake was amazing, the decorations were on point with the theme and the cake was one of the best that we had ever tasted. Highly recommend this bakery.

We found Sugar Diva’s back in 2022 for our upcoming wedding— out of the 24 bakeries we had been to, it was easily my favorite! They were remarkably professional, polite, open, honest, and kind, and the cake flavors, ahhh the cake flavors were delicious! We actually had a hard time deciding what flavor to do, which says a lot considering we went in only thinking chocolate and left with a totally new flavor (Champaign and Berries— so good).

We knew we wanted them as our vendor and settled everything. This is where Sugar Diva’s is about to go from 5 Stars to 10:

Just a couple months after everything (4.5 before the wedding), my father got immediate orders for deployment with the Navy. This threw such an emotional curve ball that we genuinely didn’t know what to do. After much deliberation we found there to be only 2 options: have a wedding without him or postpone— I don’t know much about any of you other brides out there, but a wedding without those closest to you, especially dad, who’s supposed to walk you down the aisle, is pretty much out of the picture; even more so considering the circumstances. So we opted to postpone and hold a simple elopement in the interim.
While most everyone was understanding and respectful allowing us the postponement it really was a gamble and nerve wracking having to make the inquiry. Out of everyone Sugar Diva’s was easily the sweetest, and they just kept getting better.

During that year we had a little one just prior to the new date, but due to hospital negligence ended up in the NICU, as you can guess this meant another postponement. At this point we felt so bad about everything, we didn’t even want to have the event anymore and were willing to accept our losses [as much out of our hands as they were]. But Sugar Diva’s…

Unlike the other vendors who were presumptuous and rude, hardly even allowing us the opportunity to explain what was happening and that we understood if they were to keep the funds, Sugar Diva’s prioritized compassion over profit and were just concerned for us. No matter what, I wanted THEM as our go-to people for any event simply by the respect and decency that was exhibited by staff.

After the conversation the owner who was attentive, suggested that since we wanted to retain their services for other upcoming events, instead of a refund we could just keep the paid balance with them as a credit and apply it to other future events. THAT was a stunning recommendation. We were eager to agree and thankful that they didn’t want to sever our relationship and instead have a conversation that was to our favor.
I don’t know why venues and vendors can be so arrogant or greedy, especially in strenuous situations out of people’s control, and especially in ours even when we were willing to take our losses with all due respect; people aren’t like they were anymore and decency is hard to come by. But Sugar Diva’s was just nice.

We ended up being able to use them for our miracle baby’s ‘Fairy First’ birthday and you guys… just look at the photos. That cake and those cupcakes were masterpieces. Simply masterpieces. Delicious AMAZING, can’t say it enough, masterpieces!

I hope our exceptional experience with this A+ company encourages you to choose them as well, especially in our ‘me myself & I’ society.

Thank you, Sugar Diva’s, more businesses should take after you.

*please note my brother-in-law messed up the cupcakes during transit, the squish factor was no fault of their’s and no matter what the on route debacle they were glorious and gobbled up in less than 10 minutes (also the little fairy’s were additions we added… Amazon).

Kid-friendliness: Very family oriented!

WARNING!! BE CAREFUL SHARING YOUR CARD INFO I went on a Disney World vacation with my family for my dad‘s birthday and Mother’s Day, which happened to fall the same day. I was looking for a bakery to make my dad a birthday cake so I ordered from this place. They charge me $400 for a cake that was less than half a sheet Which I was fine with because I had high expectations. The day after I gave them my credit card information by phone I had over $1400 worth of charges in Florida while I was still in California The cake was extremely dry And flavorless Did not look like the picture Coloring off as well, Nobody enjoyed the cake, I gave her a call when we got home and she began to tell me how do I know you did not enjoy that cake? How do I know you did not eat all? She asked she asked why didn’t you call me the day of delivery? I explained to her that my son has autism. He is four years old. He does not do too well when we go out what keeps him calm is my phone to watch videos and listen to music And when we pull out our phones in front of him, he reaches for it. I explained this to her, and she said I do not feel bad for People with children of special needs her exact words!!! I let her know about the fraudulent charges, and she began to yell at me saying I am accusing her, but I was just letting her know the facts The woman who owns this bakery is named Claire and she is cold and heartless. I’m assuming has no children or hates them because she said she does not feel bad for people with children with special needs. Be careful.. In response to your reply you keep saying it was my intention to get a refund, but that’s not true at all. You was not sympathetic to our situation at all, and immediately began yelling at me. I seen other reviews on here that you have been mean to children in your shop. The cake was not good that’s all, but you begin accusing us and interrogating you as a business owner should have been more helpful and considerate, but you decided to attack us which just shows how cruel you are

For the past four years, we would always order the same flavors as a birthday tradition. Unfortunately this last order was not only incorrect (wrong frosting and color). The cupcakes tasted stale, dry, and overly sweet.

Such a disappointment because we really loved this place. We willing to try them one more time but for the price we paid to throw our cupcakes based on flavor and freshness was super sad.

Their cake design was great and so was their cake tasting. Definitely recommend for the cakes but not the cupcakes anymore

We came to Disney for both of our daughter’s birthday’s (October and May) and used Sugar Divas Cakery. They were perfect in every way! Back in September, when I started calling around for my daughter’s birthday in October, no one answered. Communication with other bakeries and business owners were pretty much non existent. As soon as I contacted Sugar Divas, they helped me right away. They did my daughter’s “Alice in one-derland” cake and just last week did my daughter’s Snow White cake. Each time I call or contact them, they always answer and I am so grateful it was such an easy process. They did amazing jobs on both of my babies cakes and we appreciate you guys more than you know!

Way overpriced for the quality of cake. I ordered two custom cakes last year the decorations were nicely done, but the cake was dry. My homemade chocolate moist cake is way better tasting than what their cake is. Today I asked him about the price of a plain whitecake that would serve only six people and they priced it out at $115. Mind you that is just a plain white frosted cake and I said I would do my own decorations. $115 is disgustingly overpriced and greedy. You are better off buying a moist cake from Publix, or Costco.
