Enjoyed the food; it was fresh and flavorful.However, I suggest offering more training to new staff. The wait time for three rolls and a burrito was about 30 minutes, which impacted the overall experience.

Tried placing an order online several times and the website would not go through. I tried several cards and different methods, none of which worked. I called the store to ask if there was an issue or if I could place my order over the phone, in which I was told I had to place it online…it doesn’t work?! Then I let the person know I had someone waiting to pick up the order (it’s been 30 minutes by now) and the employee told me, to tell the person waiting to pick up just to come in and order… then why do you have a pick up option on your website if they have to come in and order and wait anyway? Terrible service. I used to really like this place and I will not be returning any time soon.

It says that they are open on google but they were actually closed. We came one hour before the closing time. Mention that we came in a regular Wednesday ( no holidays )

The food is good but the wait took so long, it took 40 minutes for the food to come out, i shouldn’t have to wait that long but I understand since there was only 2 workers, I still recommend this place if you’re patient.

I used to love coming here with my wife but this is the second time we come back since the ending of the pandemic and both the service and food quality have substantially declined. We waited 37 minutes to get 2 bowls and they got my wife’s order wrong, not once but twice. It’s not even as if the restaurant was full, we were 1 of maybe 3 groups in there and none were large parties. I usually don’t like to make negative reviews but I was incredibly disappointed. I dont think the issue was staffing as there were about 5-6 employees but it felt like no one was working. Needless to say this is the last time I return to this location.

At first I was unsure of this restaurant because of the kiosk ordering system, but it actually turned out to be quite easy and even better for ordering sushi as I was able to make all the customizations I wanted. The sushi was phenomenal, I was not expecting it to be that good. Also they have some very interesting alternative dishes as well, while I was there it was some sort of mac & cheese bowl that looked delicious although I didn't get the chance to try. I highly recommend this place I'm so glad I gave it a chance

Ordering your meal takes 10 minutes to navigate via the iPad provided. There’s no one to order from.Food is fine, but the inability to order in under 10 minutes when the place is empty kills the experience.

The food is good. The restaurant is clean. But this restaurant is cold and disconnected from it customer as far as it could be. You can't even ORDER with a HUMAN!!! Sad. But the staff are nice. Even though they look depressed maybe because they don't talk or connect with customers. Smh!!

Ordered 2 small custom bowls for delivery. They forgot many toppings on it. We asked for sauces on the side and they forgot all of them. So now we have basically a rice bowl with no seasoning and no sauce. There’s barely any toppings- maybe an ounce of steak and one single tempura shrimp. Sad because we were excited to try this place but unfortunately will not be returning.

I hate to do this but have to. I go once a month, if not more, sushi bowls are the best!My wife and got 1 tonight, I go to T-Mobile next door and she surprises me with the steak Mac and cheese fried burrito. I love Mac and cheese. I rated it 2/10. It was so bland, no flavor from the Mac, the amount of steak for $13+ burrito was pathetic, nothing like the amount at chipotle and there’s steak bowls are $11 and massive. Mayb mine was made wrong but it was terrible, sushi bowls 9-10/10 Mac and cheese bowl 2/10
