Sushi Saint does a modern casual approach to the establishment and ambiance, with some EDM music playing in the background and some anime playing in a projector screen. I made reservations since I didn't know what the wait time would be on a Saturday evening. Service was attentive and the food came out promptly after being ordered. The menu covered all the sushi staples and I did my best at trying a little bit of everything. Started off with the Sichuan cucumber appetizer which was fresh, crispy and refreshing. Next we did the tuna flight. Their dry aging added a nice subtle smokey flavor to all the fish bites. The otoro was delicate and melt in your mouth delicious. They are known for their hand rolls, so naturally I had to try some. I opted for the brown butter scallop and truffle salmon hand rolls which were magnificent. To cap off the night we had the crab and waygu roll, which flavor pairings hit all the right notes in your taste buds. Overall great experience and everything we ordered was delicious and flavorful. You can tell they put some though into the menu, combining flavors that complement each other nicely. Notable mention for the cocktails. The lychee martini was nice and balanced but the highlight was the old fashioned. Yes I know what you're thinking, its just and old fashioned. But trust me when I say this easily tops the list of old fashioned I've ever had! And I've had many in my lifetime. I recommend checking them out for a casual date night or just simply to get some delicious sushi. While you're at it, get an old fashioned. You won't be disappointed.

We made a reservation for 8:30 PM for my husband and I and were really looking forward to trying this restaurant. When we arrived, everything seemed great at first. However, shortly after we started ordering, we were informed that the kitchen would be closing in less than 30 minutes. This immediately made us feel rushed.
Because of that, we felt pressured to order quickly instead of being able to enjoy the experience at a normal pace. In total, we were there only about 50 minutes. I also wasn’t even able to order a second drink because the bar had already closed.
This was especially disappointing considering we spent close to $300 in that very short amount of time.
To be fair, the food itself was very good. The sushi was high quality, the menu is unique, and the dishes we tried were excellent. That said, the restaurant should consider closing reservations earlier or not accepting late reservations if the kitchen and bar are about to close. At the very least, guests should be warned about this as soon as they come in, not after they already started placing orders. Guests who book a reservation should be able to enjoy their meal without feeling rushed.
Unfortunately, despite the great food, the experience itself left us a bit disappointed.

It doesn't look like much from the outside (and it's in Downtown Orlando which is an automatic knock of a rating) BUT the food is delicious!
Sushi is sushi is sushi, EXCEPT for Sushi Saint! It was phenomenal and different from other places. Definitely a WOW! We tried a few things across the broader menu but between the sushi and the elote, I will be back! We had two orders of the elote - omg so good! You are doing yourself a disservice if you don't order that!

Sushi Saint is one of the best restaurants we have ever dined at. We took a group of employees out during a tradeshow in Orlando. We wanted something fun and unique. The crew at Sushi Saint made us feel so welcome. The drinks were incredible and the food was life changing, in a good way. We will forever judge every great meal against Sushi Saint, and I doubt it will ever be surpassed. This meal was truly worth the trip. Note: Please do not judge the front door. It gives the vibe you have found something a bit hidden. That is another thing that makes Sushi Saint a gem.
