Strange but ultimately elegant, hip and comfortable space in what looks like it used to be an industrial loading dock! Food was quite good but, for my taste, most of the items were too complex, in the vain of tuna / tempura / crunchy roll etc. and the menu could use a few more basic options. But overall recommend.

Absolutely delicious hand rolls! We saw chef come out and talk to another guest, and just have to say big thank you to him for the amazing delicious experience he gave us. Can't beat the happy hour/specials for that kind of quality! My only concern was that the server didn't really explain that we were getting a $13 bottle of water when he asked us what kind of water we wanted. I was under the impression we were getting house water, but that wasn't the case. I guess next time I will have to clarify, note to myself as well. Can't wait to go back!

Sushi Saint is a Bib Gourmand and a must visit if you're a fan of high quality sushi (specifically handrolls) and great sake! Sit at the hand roll bar and watch the chef work his magic.

Awesome experience as always. We got taken care of by Jennifer and Jeremy and they were absolutely fantastic. Jennifer was incredibly personable and went so far as to make us feel welcome and as if we were family at the restaurant! We honestly couldn't have asked for a better waitress. Jeremy was also a hoot. Fun to watch make cocktails while we enjoyed our meal! Also very knowledgeable about his cocktails.
But I have just a few qualms. They stopped using Hokkaido scallops and are now using bay scallops. Honestly an awful decision and the scallops taste bad. Another qualm is with management for two things: Not being able to order the temaki sets at tables severely damages the customer experience. It is the whole reason we came and we weren't allowed to order it unless we sat at the bar. WHICH get this. They shoved five of us into the corner bar which realistically should only sit three people. I'm upset with management for not working with us to remedy the situation or even thinking about it.
The last thing is just a nitpick. You used to get free broth with the purchase of a set and they no longer do that. Upsetting but fine.
Not as good as last time but overall still top tier.

The food was incredible, and the Bluefin hand roll was the best I've ever had! Incredible value for how fresh and delicious the sushi was. We also celebrated a special occasion and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel seen and appreciated for choosing them. Cannot overstate how great the food was!!
