Classic lobby bar of the large resort.. nothing special about. Their hazy IPA of local small-batch brewery was delicious as well as margarita. Ask for glass instead of that horrible plastic. Anyway.. friendly and tolkative bartender recommended us very good place to eat out what we really did enjoy.

Cody is the best bartender ever! I came to the bar with tears in my eyes- (due to a family member in our party in a very bad mood and in desperate need of diet Dr. Pepper) ? Not only did he make the best drink ever, he showed me how to download and use DoorDash to order 2 cases of diet Dr. Pepper. By the time I had finished my drink and the Dr. pepper came, my tears had turned into laughter and the great Diet Dr. Pepper debacle of 2024 was solved and the world was a much better place! . Even Bryan manager (who was also very nice!) came out from the back and joined in the conversation. Thank you for going above and beyond and helping to make my vacation the best!

Bobby and Tanya are the most AMAZING bartenders. Stumbled on this bar with my dad for our Universal vacation and they gave us the best experience and kept us coming back! Made the best drinks and gave the best service ever!

Kody started out the evening so strong we almost cancelled other plans to stay here but quickly Tonia turned that around. So rude and unwelcoming. Hard to give a great resort like this a one star but Tonia really ruined the experience.

We ordered two of their special drinks, and they were awesome. Definitely somewhat packing a punch more than a normal resort cocktail, and both bartenders were extremely nice. The seating in the lobby is great too and it's a nice way to unwind after a busy day.

Pretty sure we keep booking our Universal vacations at Cabana just so we can go to the Swizzle. Brian is one of those bartenders that makes you feel welcomed and he serves up some of the best drinks we’ve ever had. There’s not to many mixologists like Brian left in the service industry. Do yourself a favor and visit him the next time you’re in Orlando/Universal. You won’t be disappointed.

I can’t speak highly enough of the bartender, Brian. He’s amazing. He will create a drink for you based on your likes. He treats everyone like they’re important and a personal friend. Some of the best customer service we’ve ever received. I would stay at Cabana Bay just for Brian. I wish there were more of him in south Florida. Lol

My Fiancé and I absolutely love Brian! We visit from Colorado specifically to see Brian and to stay at Cabana Bay. He’s genuinely sweet, kind and is fun to be around. We hope Brian stays for a while there because he makes our trips to the parks that much better!
