Please if you want a taco bell go to another location, here your money is not worth it and they give you bad attention, I've been here for 10 minutes they haven't taken my order or greeted me and there are 4 more people without their food waiting, it seems that these people don't get paid or they don't like their work because they make sure you feel that
The girl is working the man no working and is so slow, is really amazing

I'm confused. When did taco laxative beco.e expensive with poor quality and small portions of food. This timeliness we are living is not good. I'm better off going to a restaurant. Get a better deal and real food at Applebee's for the same price. Try it.

Always unpredictable closing times at rhe end of the day. Be 30 minutes before closing if you want to be sure they are open still. Appears closing time is the time they want to let employees get out the door.
I love the food

We ordered tacos with literally nothing but meat, then seasoned rice and a side of beans. We got tacos with about a teaspoon of meat and white rice with no seasoning. They did get the beans right though! Also, the drive through is a robot, so if you have questions or allergies, good luck! I told the lady at the window that we had allergies and asked if they would be careful not to get cheese on anything and she said “Yes” and immediately handed out the food. Um, how are you going to be careful if it’s already made Ma’am? Ridiculous.

A massive crowd of at least 30 came in all at once and the crew worked like crazy to get everyones orders done. Accurate orders, professional service, and cooked deliciously.

There’s always a line and it’s always busy - but I have to hand it to the staff, they are so nice and sweet even when they are busy!!! Thank you!!!
The best Taco Bell experience I have ever had. The staff was the nicest I’ve ever encountered and this was a late night visit. The inside was clean and the food was made with love. 20/10

Paid $76 for food and the family was starving so we had no choice but to eat it. Soggy large fries not even filled up. They must've ran out of meat because these were not Tacos! They will never get my money again!

My husband and I call this “the good Taco Bell;” it is the best Taco Bell in Orlando. The bar may be low for fast food burritos, but everything is always hot, fresh, and assembled properly. Sometimes you’ll have to wait a bit longer for your food but it’s worth it.

Closed early
This location is a hit or miss and I find that you're missing more than them hitting the mark. The times the customer service is good other times you wonder if customer service has it out for you due to the attitude of the person working the window who could be doing anything else in the store if they are just mad at the world that day. When it comes to the food they have to get better with using fresher oil because you can clearly taste how old the oil is in the food which doesn't taste good at all and then it's money going to waste. Your times they will even try to debate you on whether it's actually good or not if someone is bringing the entire meal back after a bite then what does that say that's a waste of gas because even more money. The last time I went was the last time I will ever go there I just threw the food in the trash even the cinnamon twist tasted like the old oil so if you see the parking lot and drive through empty usually, then what does that say? It’s always like the hood very chaotic and crazy and crowded foods. OK it’s always thrown together like it’s your last meal for the day. Service is nice. Everybody’s rushed around but you do get your food in 10 minutes or less. It’s OK.

I hope no one reading this enjoys Taco Bell’s sauces because everytime I come to this location they never remember to put sauce in the bag, I don’t understand what makes that so difficult to remember.
