I came here at 1:37 AM. The female took my order and then stopped talking and turned off the screen monitor outside then as I pulled around to exit the building, she was running, hiding in the store to make sure it looked like it was empty. I do believe management need to take proper cause and make sure that this issue never happens to a customer ever again.

This taco bell has a problem with order accuracy.The ladies also like to play games with the drive thru time and will tell you to back up and pull up to trick the system. It's terribly bad customer service.

We went at the beginning of the lunch rush and people started to flood in. Orders kept coming out quickly and tasted great. Everything tasted fresh. The team there handles the crowd very well.

Well…. Two of my items are not as ordered and listed on the receipt. Which, honestly, is to be expected. What isn’t to be expected is their lack of concern in correcting their obvious error. Lucy (manager, maybe…) couldn’t care less on the phone. “Drive back to the location” was the only resolution. Drive back for $4, no I don’t think so. Adding to the mounting bad reviews is much easier on my end.

Worst TacoBell ever. I love Taco Bell but this one is horrible. I bought here a couple of times because is the closest one to where I live but every time I do an online order it takes from 30 minutes to 45 minutes to have it ready (not exaggerating). Staff is horrible, they’re not friendly and always have situations with customers . If you want to eat TacoBell try to avoid this one because you’re going to regret it. PS for some reason the food is always cold.
