Food was lite on meat and beans. Fast service nice people. All except the employee hitting his vape in the lobby. Thought he was slick until he looked up and saw people watching him. Went outside real quick to exhale.

Just left Taco bell on avalon blvd. November 21, 2024. The time is now 7:38. I wear glasses and could barely see the drive thru. I was trying to place a order for My little boy and me. I told them my order and ask for a kidd meal and that's when the manager got a little upset. I them went on to order 12 tacos from the way I was treated. Off a act of kindness. I ask to speak to the m manager and she came to the window very upset. She called the police on me. I told her coworkers she was being mean. I paid for the food and left. But my son was very hurt and tearful from the actions at this taco bell. I'm a military vetaran just trying to take my son for a good eating at Tocobell. But unfortunately got treated with so much disrespect. Please help 369 Avalon Park Blvd, Orlando, FL 32828

I bought food and asked for a cup of water, and they refused to give me one. I’ve gotten cups of water here before and I worked for Taco Bell as well I know they allow cups of water, I don’t understand what their problem is.

I don't like that they no longer take your order in person. No one to ask questions to and just feels very unfriendly to go into. Then they just call your name and leave the bag on the counter. You have to try and wave someone down if something is missing. They need to go back to customer service.
This location is consistently quality every time. In 7yrs I've had maybe 2-3 things wrong on orders but have been insignificant (like lettuce when not requested but easily picked off). Kudos!
Horrible. We ordered three different meals and all were awful. . They had one tea spoon of beef, bean paste with chew up lettuce. Even the beef burrito was horrible, no meat and cold beans paste.

This Taco Bell used to be good but night service lately always got the worst attitude when taking orders they rush you to order don’t ask for sauce and are quick to close the window door in your face terrible service for night shift.

It used to be good!! Now the food taste like chemicals, ingredients missing every time. EVERY TIME!!. Tacos are stale, workers are rude and unapologetic to the customer when asking for what we paid for. It's horrible service! The whole store in Avalon Park needs new people and management.

All these bad reviews, so I was expecting less than spectacular product and service. I couldn't be more wrong. They did an excellent job tonight. All the products were made fresh and correctly. The service at the window was nice and fast. The best TB visit I've had in a while. Great job to the late night team tonight. Keep it up. Thanks for doing such a great job on our late night meal.
