I was told that i cant order at the cash register like it should be i was told i have to use the kiosk and that makes me uncomfortable. I told them that and they didnt care they said i have to order from there and when i ask why they couldnt give me an answer. There not that busy so i dont understand why someone couldnt come and help me and embarrassing as well like i dont under Why it has to be awkward everytime i order this was a 2:00 on sunday it unprofessional

I've been coming to this taco bell for a while, because I live nearby, and it's always been a gamble on quality but, today was particularly a let down. We spent $30 on an order through the app that was missing toppings (tomatoes, or cheese on a cheese roll up) and missing entire items. Some items were basically unpressed.
It's been such a reoccurring issue at this Taco Bell specifically that it's almost a joke if worrying about getting the correct order didn't fill me with anxiety each time. Having to worry about getting an order fixed is consistently an issue.
It'd be one thing if this was affordable but $30 for a wrong order is laughable. Despite the convenience I won't be back.
If store is low on ingredients or items figure out how to indicate it in the app.

When pulling up to the drive through I was greeted by a young man who was very rude and not helpful. I tried to ration with him so he could calm his nerves but that did not work out I fear he should not be working closing shifts if this is how his attitude is going to be with everyone. After I finished my order he proceeded with the same attitude he had when we were ordering. We asked for extra sour cream and nacho cheese, mind you we paid $2.00 extra for it and never received it. This is not acceptable and I will definitely not be returning to this location.

Highly do not recommend! We have been here multiple times and recently it has gotten a lot worse. Recommend you go to any other Taco Bell.

They literally let people take any pickup order off the shelf which let's any order get stolen, including mine. It's not even worth ordering pick up here since chances are someone will steal your order. The food is mediocre here aswell I know it's fast food but this shouldn't be that bad.

The service at this place was horrible the wait is uncalled for. I have complained to the managers most of them they look at you like sure we'll do something about it but it's never done. If this place Taco Bell keeps providing this type of service they might as well close the place. Overall I think somebody should do something about this it can't go on like this. If someone at headquarters is reading this please do something about this.
