Horrible service you can't order face to face anymore. I'm not a employee and I pay for u to take my order and fill it that's what I pay for. Never going there again

8/11 around 12:30pm. My order was messed up and despite having the receipt, the manager insisted I pay again to fix it. The manager refused to speak with me and made the front counter employee pay her own money to fix my order. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional and I was being very polite and just asking them to correct my order. The manager was unnecessary cruel to customers and the workers who understood that I was asking for something very reasonable.

Me as a bussiness owner I had the worst experience in a Taco Bell store. If I could give ZERO star I would, terrible customer service guy in the drive thru using the phone and just not paying attention to me. They also just throw the order on the counter not even saying thanks or anything… HORRIBLE CUSTOMER

Every single modification was not done right. I asked for no cilantro, it’s on there. Dislike cilantro a lot!!! No lettuce added, none of the subs were done. What is the point of having this option if you’re not going to do them. They apologized for the wait and I would have been okay with it if they didn’t mess up our entire order. I was also asking the lady where my last taco was and she said that’s all I ordered until a minute later someone yelled my name to give it to me.
