This isn't my usual area, but I stopped by on a whim, and I absolutely loved the service and the food—it was served at just the right temperature and tasted great. Thank you, Nicole; you were very helpful with your recommendations.

I had a very good experience at this Taino's location. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the food and coffee are just amazing. My family and I ordered the breakfast plates and the sandwiches 🥪 with a cappuccino on the side and honestly they were generous portions at a great price. Keep up the good work.
The media noche sandwich was outstanding! Angely treated us with a smile and courtesy beyond reproach. This was my first visit but it will not be the last. Highly recommend this establishment.

Jaylin recommended the Cuban sandwich and it did not disappoint. Big proportion and flavorful. And the service by Jaylin and others was on point.

I really wanted to love this place because the food itself was actually very good. Unfortunately, the biggest issue is the seating situation, and it completely takes away from the experience.
You place your order at a computer kiosk, but when you turn around, there are no available seats. What ends up happening is people split up—one person grabs a table while the other orders—so by the time you’ve paid, you’re stuck standing there with no place to sit, even though your food may come out before theirs. It creates a really frustrating and unfair system.
I can honestly see this leading to arguments. We almost had one ourselves. My husband spotted a table opening up while I was waiting, but by the time he turned to call me over, someone else had already taken it. When we politely explained that we had been waiting, the person just stared at us like we were crazy. It was incredibly frustrating.
Thankfully, another customer noticed what was happening and offered us their table as they were leaving. That moment alone probably prevented a bigger issue, because the situation had already become tense.
I even spoke to an employee about it, and she mentioned that the setup is more geared toward Uber Eats than dine-in customers. If that’s the case, then the restaurant should really reconsider offering seating at all or switch to a drive-thru model. I came in expecting to sit down and enjoy a meal, not to take my food back to the car—especially with a long drive ahead of me.
Great food, but the seating system seriously needs to be fixed. Until then, I’d think twice about dining in.
Also.. only one restroom was available the ladies room.
This was our first time visiting taínos and Jailin was great! Perfect service!!

The reason I came to this location is because the Hunter’s Creek location has always been good. Unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite.
The waiting time was absolutely ridiculous. Even though our order was entered into the system to skip the line, it was still incorrect. What is the purpose of writing notes if they’re not followed?
There were two people working in the kitchen and two at the front counter, yet there was no sense of urgency or customer service. I spent $32 on breakfast and waited 40 minutes, only to receive cold food. The only thing hot was the coffee.
On top of that, the food was extremely salty. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and not worth the wait or the money.

Worst breakfast I have had in a long time. They gave me a sandwich I didn't order, when I started biting into it, it was cold. I then asked the lady if the receipt matched what they gave me, she said no, and didnt offer any type of resolution. I felt bad that I went there. Not recommended.
