Came here willing to love the food and the place, and expecting an unforgettable experience in accordance with the price: more than 1k!!! final bill after tax and mandatory gratuity for 2 people with the wagyu menu and wine pairing. This restaurant is simply a SCAM. The food quality is absolutely average. Main course of the wagyu menu was literally: 5 thin slices of TASTELESS “wagyu” meat and a baked potato!! cut in two (see the picture). Add a mini starter salad, 4 pieces of average sushi, and a vanilla ice cream as dessert, ant there you have your menu. As per the wine pairing, they charge 150$/person for 4 wine glasses that they bring to you ALREADY SERVED to the table, so you can’t even tell what are you actually having… As per the restaurant setting, it could be any Japanese restaurant in your neighborhood, nothing special or different. This experience/menu could arguably cost 500$ for 2 people, not more than 1k for this mediocre menu. Essentially a SCAM.

Be mindful, that the fish / beef prefix is 250.00, per person. I’m not saying it’s not out of the world just very very expensive.

Truly a highlight of our trip to Epcot. This was a great way to send off our Disney trip. The service was true fine dining and they went above and beyond to serve us. The waitress was knowledgeable and friendly which added so much to the experience. The food was absolutely top notch authentic Japanese cuisine! The set menu was delicious and filling. With the Sake pairings it was a perfect match. While expensive, it was great to celebrate our engagement! Looking forward to dining here again!Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian, plant based set menu.Dietary restrictions: They are able to support all dietary restrictions, Disney is very accommodating as always.Kid-friendliness: Allow kids 8 and up. They should be well behaved for a fine dining environment.

This was probably the best part of our entire week at Disney World. I’d heard amazing things about this place and practically organized my whole itinerary around it.Of course this place is not cheap - as they will remind you multiple times as a fair warning through text message prior to your arrival - but for good reason. All four of us agreed that it was the best food and dining experience we’d ever had - and we’re foodies. You will be sat in one of their themed rooms - we got the Earth room - and the lovely hosts will guide you through your experiences, giving recommendations for pairing, explaining how to best enjoy each dish, and truly enriching you in the culture and history of Japan and its food.I don’t know if I’d recommend this place for all children - particularly picky eaters - as there are no typical “American” alternatives like chicken nuggets or macaroni, but if they are explorative in their palettes, our 15 and 6 year old (though they’re technically supposed to be 8 or older… ?) ate everything on their plates.Thank you Nana and the rest of the staff for an unforgettable experience. It was perfect!

Came here at the end of November with my boyfriend. I really wanted to like the food, but it was sub-par for the dinner price, I understand this was Disney mark ups, but the soba outside in the booths left a deeper impression than the A5 wagyu. The sauce didn't compliment the beef, and I found myself avoiding it all together. The appitizer tray was pretty, but the salad dressing was too sour, I didn't like having cold edemame on it either. It felt like it cheapened the experience. A steamed egg or tamago would have been prettier for presentation and felt like slightly more effort would have been made. The sushi set wasn't fresh and bland. It looked and tasted like it was prepared in bulk and just placed on the plate when customers ordered. I tried to let the environment and hospitality make up for the food, but it was way too cold in the restaurant, and when I asked for a shawl, they didn't have any to provide customers. This might have seen an unreasonable ask, but for the price tag, I was definitely expecting some fine dining table services. The decor is nice and maybe the only saving grace from this mediocer dinner, if all you wanted to see was the restaurant then I heard the lunch menu is more reasonably priced, but dont book dinner if its full.

A truly amazing dining experience. This is fixed price only and you can choose from either a vegetarian menu or one with meat courses. We had the Kiku which is the meat course menu and every single dish was fantastic. Our personal favorites were the lobster tempura and the A5 wagyu beef courses. They also have a great selection of sake and cocktails - our server recommended one of the sake flights and it did not disappoint. The service is top notch and each course is explained to you in detail.

Meh. We made a reservation and then didn't make it due to rain. As a result, they charged me a missed reservation fee of $100. Later, after I disputed the charge, I was charged $40 for two of us. I understand the charge given the high class dining experience but damn, Disney, take more of my money.

Had such a great experience here. I came in the the expectation it would be expensive and have a premium. It's in Epcot after all, and to get this quality inside the parks is a great option to have. Entrance is in the Japanese pavilion, on the right hand side. Once taken inside, you will be explained the different elements and then taken to a room based off the elements in the hallway. We ended up in the Earth room. Our waitress for the evening, Rena, was great and did a great job clearly explaining the dishes, drinks, and even some light backstory on a couple of the items that made it a good learning experience as well!

My sister and I had a wonderful experience here and especially loved our server. However, I had the “Kiku” menu and unfortunately came down with food poisoning right after we left the restaurant (before that hadn’t eaten for ~5 hours and everything from earlier in the day was well cooked). We loved our time there but be warned/careful so it doesn’t impact the rest of your Disney experience. My sister had the plant based menu and was fine.

My party of 5 had a reservation for Friday night at 6:15PM. Reservations are highly recommended. We were greeted promptly and were brought to our table. It wasn't too crowded or loud either, so it was a huge difference from being in the heat and surrounded by so many people. I appreciated that the environment enhanced our meal in a way, from the music to the service given, it was a really nice touch! When I heard it was omakase, I was expecting us to be sat where we can watch the chef make our pieces, but we were all sat at a table instead and the server would bring us our dishes. Be prepared to stay here for awhile, as it's 5 courses. We started off with the chefs selection of appetizers. The presentation was beautiful, I'm a sucker for nice aesthetics! It followed with the lobster tempura, sashimi, wagyu, miso soup, dessert, and a matcha green tea ceremony. I was stuffed by the end of the meal, and everything was tasty! The sashimi didn't taste as fresh as I'd like, and for omakase, it wasn't as much sushi as I was expecting. The lobster tempura was yummy, they included a buttery sauce and yuzu salt. The wagyu was also good, it was super rich, so I'm glad the portion for that wasn't huge. I chose the strawberry yuzu sorbet for my dessert, so happy I did! I'm normally not a sorbet gal, but the combo with yuzu really complimented it well. While everything tasted delicious, I don't know if I'd come back again. The price is extremely steep for what it is. I guess I'm a bit spoiled coming from NYC, we have many omakase spots for less than $100. I wasn't necessarily blown away, but I'm glad I got to experience this!

Service - Yes Food - Yes and No. Fish, Sushi, Appetizers- Terrible. Came out fishy tasting and warm to the touch. However, the tempura lobster and steak was very good. But, for $250.00 a person, I cannot believe they brought out fish and warm sashimi. YUCKAmbiance- Good. Please don't waste your money....

Incredible dining experience. Truly authentic Japanese food. It's an investment in a truly immersive and delicious experience. The sake pairing perfectly complimented the food. The service was excellent. The traditional macha tea service was a great ending.

Extremely nice. I eat very quickly and it still took me an hour and 45 minutes here. Just a wonderful environment. You can’t do this every day however, this will be an experience that definitely is worth the money.

This restaurant is a bargain at $250 each. I know that sounds odd, but it is in essence going to another world. I am a very fast eater and also eat early. It still took me over one hour and 45 minutes here. Plus I eat huge amounts of food and this definitely was enough. What is different is the careful attention and preparation. The environment is completely isolating from the outside world. It was 4:30 PM and the sun was blazing and the heat index was way above 100. Within minutes it seemed like we were in an exclusive restaurant in Tokyo. We both had the duck as the chosen entrée. It was superb and served under a smoke-filled glass cover. There may be other sushi experiences that are as good however, it definitely would be hard to beat this anywhere
