Extremely unprofessional, aggressive, and disgusting behavior by the older female waitress. Started harassing and screaming at us and demanding more tip for herself in front of the entire restaurant after we paid, although she wasn't the one who served us. She went on a long 10-minute tangent demanding more money for a tip for herself with a table she didn't serve, about how she makes no money working here and that we owe her more money. It was unbearable at the least. She was berating us and being extremely rude saying "do you know tips are at this percent" in a very condescending and rude tone. I politely requested a refund for my to go order during her tangent as she made us so extremely uncomfortable - it was unbearable to wait there for our food. She responded while yelling aggressively that she won't give us a refund as we gave the order too late and the kitchen started making it already. The order was one soup dish and the restaurant closed in 4 hours. One of the guests with me tried to calm the situation down and speak to her very respectfully, however she didn't let them speak, she was so disrespectful and demeaning. She screamed at them that they were wrong, and talked over them. I have never seen such unprofessional and disgusting behavior. She stood in the corner and stared us down and gave us dirty looks as we left. She slammed our To-go order on the table. Ruined our evening honestly and made us very uncomfortable. Regret coming here and wish I could get my money back. Will never give them business again and will warn others to not come here. I have never experienced anyone demanding more tip to be given to them. There have been many reviews about her behavior and management has done nothing as she is still continuing to do this. I don't know how she still has a job here. I have tried contacting management to report this, however, their phone line doesn't work. I do not recommend going to this restaurant unless you want to be harassed and have an extremely horrible experience. Do not waste your hard earned money here!!
We had a late lunch at Tasty Wok that is located on Mills and Colonial Avenue. It is a dated restaurant with minimal décor - in the back of the restaurant is a glass enclosed display of hanging roast duck, soy sauce chicken and crispy pork. Menu prices and dish sizes were good but the food was disappointing. We ordered roast duck ($18 half duck, $33 whole), soy sauce chicken ($11 half chicken, $20 whole) and stir-fried Chinese broccoli ($14). The roast duck was greasy and not very meaty. The soy sauce chicken was overcooked, dry and bland - the soy sauce braise imparted little flavor other than salt and color to the chicken. The stir-fried Chinese broccoli was the highlight of the meal. Parking: Finding parking was a nightmare even though Tasty Wok shares a parking lot with its neighboring shops and restaurants. The parking lot is located behind Tasty Wok and its neighbors.
We ordered take out - got everything we ordered in a timely manner. It was our first time ordering from here, and it was delicious! Chicken was great, perfect sauces, and veggies tasted fresh. We will definitely be ordering from here again! Thank you

I’ve tried this place several times and can’t seem to actually love it. Today l tried the Singapore noodle and it was so gritty from the massive amounts of curry that didn’t seem to be properly prepared. Loved the flavor, the heat on the spice, but the consistency was unbearable. The chalky texture made me give up after a few bites. Definitely stick to the basics here like Sesame Chicken or General Tso’s. Everything else has been a bust for me, I’m sad to say.

I ordered chicken wings with fried rice, they gave me white rice instead, I went back to exchange it, they just charged me for the rice without returning money, horrible

I always ordered the sesame chicken but today it was disgusting. It tasted like it was fried the day before and heated on a microwave. I don’t know what is going on today but fix it asap otherwise you will start to lose clients.

The food is not bad however the old lady server was soliciting for tips. She pushed me for tips in the end after I paid for the bill but her service was not good enough to deserve a penny; Very rude; I have be harassed by her twice, will not come again

I saw this on a top 10 list of Asian restaurants in Orlando. I can’t believe this place was on the list. They had a number of awards on the wall but I don’t see how that’s possible. The service was lackadaisical, and they barely cared to serve us. The windows were somewhat dirty and the place did not seem really clean. On our way out my wife used the bathroom and she came out and said she wanted to throw up. It was so disgusting and dirty. For the food we got the beef soup, which was like water and soy sauce with some noodles and pieces of beef. Very plain. Then we had the sesame chicken, which seemed like it consisted of sugar, orange juice, and cornstarch. Just sweet, orange glop and pieces of chicken. Finally, we got the char shui and that had hardly any taste either. This place is like your basic local suburban Chinese takeout joint. Unbelievably disappointing and I’m still bewildered at the awards. My advice, stay away and go to one of the many other better places in the immediate neighborhood.

All in all this place deserves 4 stars, as inside it is really “real Asian”, not nice and with true asian staff.
But that’s is what you’re looking for sometimes!
Something really aesthetic, with true people working in it, how they have been back home.
Great food guys, good experience!
I wish they were a bit nicer and renovated. But the quality of food makes difference!
