The Moderne offers a great dining experience with excellent food and service. The small plate selections are a highlight, with favorites including raw seafood, duck, and sticky ribs. The staff, especially Stephanie, is attentive and knowledgeable. The portion sizes are generous, so come hungry. While most dishes are outstanding, there was a minor issue with the roast duck dish having rubbery skin. Despite this, The Moderne is highly recommended for its delicious food and overall fantastic dining experience.
