I was astounded by the service once we were leaving I was hounded for a tip for our meal . The rudeness was just uncalled for .

We’ve gone here with family before and left with a good impression. The food was okay compared to other dim sum in Orlando, and the venue is bigger for family dinners. That being said, my partner and I have been wanting to come back to try it again since it’s been a while, and we sat down at a family sized table although we were a party of two. There’s no small tables. It’s not couple friendly. We sat for about 30+ minutes and only one cart came by in the time we were there. Carts immediately flowed to big tables.Unfortunately we will not come back since it’s not couple friendly and prioritizes the big parties despite us being customers also.

Place looks a lot nicer than it is. Dirty floors and cups, super oily food, NOT worth the time or money. So much oil in the food that americas actually planning to invade this place.

Food is great, flavor is on point. Prices is fairly reasonable could be better if they keep the Dim Sum price at the flat rate regardless which meals it is but other than that it was good. Who ever is Simply Sapphire is just out there trolling restaurants. To make claim that a staff would interact more with Asians is not a racist at all. Because many non chinese would ask which chinese style they have when they have a few different styles on the menu. Which an ignorant american would not notice that.

We went on Chinese New Year’s 2/10/24 Great Chinese Cantonese foods by far in Florida. My husband is Chinese and he agrees with me. Foods was so fresh taste great.,lobster special 2 for 22.95$ so cheap and delicious!!! Dim sum excellent everything taste so…..great. Decent portion. It was our favorite restaurant . Thanks for the chefs ?Service was good but if you go on weekend just need to help yourself go to dim sum cart grab foods yourself because they not have enough waitress but we not mind to hunting for food..haha but waitress was try hard and fast.
The service here is so bad. Before the checkout, they said they had a special offer of buy two and get one free for oysters, which was more than 3 yuan each. I didn’t pay attention when I checked out. Now when I saw the bill, it was charged me 4 US dollars each, and there was no free gift. The service in the middle was non-stop. No one paid attention to the replacement tray and asked for a tip. An old lady wearing glasses. In the future, everyone must check clearly when checking out. The tip is calculated as pre-tax and not after-tax as forced. On the other hand, if the service is really good, You should tip well
Simply Sapphire
Racist, the dim sum carts mostly spend time with their Asian customers. When we arrived, we specifically asked for some roast pork buns, which never came.Following this, the carts ignored my table which was near the center of the restaurant, even ignoring me when i asked if they had the buns we requested at the start. When leaving, i overheard another Caucasian man mentioning how the carts never got to him either.Go to Lam's Garden instead, they have better food, and the employees actually take care of all of the patrons.

I would say this place was alright. The food was decent but the cleanliness was just not up to par. I don't expect the cleanest place ever, but I do expect my cup to not feel sticky and plates to not have food particles on them. Furthermore, the service was not close to acceptable at all - we went during dimsum and there was maybe one cart for the whole dining room which made the process painful to order any types of food and servers were not attentive! Took over 20 minutes to get any waters to the table or a refill on the tea.
