Awful- rude staff who just pack in the crowds. Having arrived on time for our reservation we waited for over half an hour for our table in their chaotic waiting area where we observed several walk ins being seated. I went and asked whether we were to be seated soon as we had a show at 8pm. The front desk person impatiently and unapologetically said they were running “slightly late” and we’d be seated within 15 minutes by which time we’d have been too late for our show, plus having experienced the rude waitress at the front desk we didn’t want to eat there anyway. Loud chaotic environment and really shocking service- a discredit to Japan and Disney! On the plus side we got some brilliant Moroccan street food and were on time for our show which was excellent, did put a dampener on the beginning of our evening though. Next time I wouldn’t bother and just eat around the world with all the other friendly and timely establishments on the property!

Worst meal i have ever had at Disney. Deserves a negative 5 stars. Food had no flavor and was extremely tasteless. Even the people at our table were very unhappy. Cant recommend this place at all. Total waste of my money. SHAME ON YOU DISNEY

What a lovely place! It was my husband and I first time visiting Florida and especially a Disney park (Epcot) we enjoyed every bit of this restaurant. We booked in advance through the Disney app and waiting for about 20-25 minutes to finally be seated. The drinks, food and atmosphere is 10/10. Loved my entire experience.

I expected more from Disney. The show was pretty weak. Safety lectures and no big flames. Service was very promptly, almost rushed. Hard to move around. Food was tasty, but nothing to go back for. It was fine, wont be back.
Visited yesterday for lunch without a reservation and was pleasantly surprised. I know from previous dining experiences at Epcot during October reservations aren’t really needed for any restaurant…. During the week. I walked up to the reservations check in desk outside and was very kindly greeted, I asked if there was availability and she said of course… she told me maybe a 15 minute wait… 10 seconds later she told me a table was gathering and ready haha. So I went upstairs and sure enough they immediately sat the group that was waiting. I like the cozy set up I think there are 5 or 6 rooms with 4 tables each. Our server Miyu was super sweet, friendly and attentive and was very accommodating to everyone’s needs! koh was our Teppan chef and he was awesome and he also checked on everyone’s dietary needs or allergy’s, I was quite impressed. Koh cooked everything to perfection, I ordered Sirloin and Shrimp and it was very tender and flavorful! The only thing I was disappointed with was the amount of veggies…. We got just a little bit and the table next to us literally had a mountain of vegetables….. but besides that everything was perfect. I definitely recommend Teppan Edo for the food and the experience!!
Note: I see a lot of negative reviews of this restaurant, some say it’s dirty, others say that the staff is very rude and discriminatory and that the food is very overpriced…. From what I saw and experienced I can say none of those statements are even remotely true! As for the price…. They’re actually in line or cheaper than most other Japanese Teppan style restaurants that I’ve been to! As for dirty… this place is spotless!

Went here for the first time during food & wine festival. We had a big group of 20 people and unfortunately had to wait despite the reservation. However, staff was very nice and sat us after 15 minutes, a few mins less than what they first said. Cocktails were mid - very sweet and didn’t seem to have any alcohol in them but pretty to look at. The food was delicious though - I ordered the filet + shrimp and the filet was cooked perfectly. Loved the entree salad and house dressing and the sushi was also fresh + delicious. The volume in the restaurant was incredibly loud and we couldn’t really hold conversations unless really projecting or only speaking with the person directly next to you and couldn’t even hear our chef or wait staff. Overall, I’d come back, the food was definitely worth it.

The food was mediocre overall. The steak was overcooked, and while the service and atmosphere were both good, the meal itself was disappointing. It was surprising that they don’t offer fried rice and instead serve udon noodles, but unfortunately, the noodles lacked flavor and were quite bland.

Beautiful location and staff. The food was terrible. Family of 5, we were so disappointed. There was absolutely no flavor. The yum yum sauce tasted like nothing, Shrimp has lemon squeezed on them only. Steak had nothing but soy sauce added. Thankfully the Salmon had the dipping sauce. The udon noodles had no flavor at all. We were insanely disappointed. 5 days at Disney and this was the worst food across the board!!!! The best thing was the Mango cake. Disney needs to reevaluate the quality here. Our Chef was so nice but that doesn't make up for a $300 dinner with no flavor!

My wife is or shall I say, was a major fan of this restaurant. The food isn't outstanding, to be honest, pretty below average, but what you are paying for the show!
When you walk up the steps and into Teppan Edo/Shiki-Sai do yourself a massive favour and turn right, Shiki-Sai is 100% better and is the hidden jewel out of the two.

Jam packed - loud but not in a fun way- most look miz - the chefs don’t seem to want to be there - looked around and everyone was kinda looking like they knew they made a mistake - seems like a fire hazard on the ventilation - also too many areas too congested with people. Make it a dope Suishi spot but for the price - you’ll have regrets.

This was my first time dining here at Teppan Edo and may I say, it was a very good first impression. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I enjoyed the food as well as the atmosphere. I ordered the volcano roll and ebi dish and the food was well prepared and tasty to the last bite.
