Manager could use a lesson in what the service industry is. You are supposed to treat your customers reasonably so they will return.
There are better places to spend your money.
The manager Robert Bensa was very rude and negative towards my sister before I was able to show up for our luncheon. The staff is rude and unprofessional in customer service. I suggest a restructuring of your employees especially the management which is lacking in customer service and satisfaction. I give you a 0 out of five and will not conduct my business or any of my friends and families business in your establishment.
