The Drift Café & Bar Reviews
I had such a great Uber drop off the guy in the Mazda was outstanding th landscaping around it was great
Delicious food and friendly service! Didn’t know what to expect after reading the negative reviews, but we were very pleasantly surprised 🙂
Surprisingly good. This is a Holiday Inn, so don't expect a Michelin Star. But I also didn't expect a pesto-crusted lamb chop to turn out this well. It takes a few shortcuts to flavor, such as parmesan and rich lamb stock, but it works wonderfully, and the lamb had a great crust and the fat was nicely rendered.

The Drift Café & Bar offers a delightful dining experience with its fresh, well-prepared dishes and cozy, modern ambiance. The restaurant's reputation for delicious food is well-deserved, though the service can be a bit slow at times. Guests can enjoy a tropical atmosphere, whether dining inside or on the patio. The breakfast buffet is also highly praised, with a wide variety of choices. The attentive and friendly staff, like the server Michealada, strive to provide excellent customer service and make the experience even more enjoyable, especially after a long, delayed flight.
