Pretty disappointed with our overall visit to this location. Things started out well but deteriorated. We had a large party and was seated quickly. Server was quick to take our order and serve us drinks. That was the highpoint of the experience. One of the orders from our group was completely missed and few others were missing items. I haven't been to TGI in years, but, I was amazed in the atmosphere, as soon as we walked thru the door we were met with a smile and, to my surprise the place was very electric. The restaurant looked clean no dirty tables and amazing decorated in Christmas decor, there was even a guy who died his goatee red for Christmas.
