The meals were very well prepared and presented. The tastes of our orders was awesome! The French Carbonara was the best entre I have had in years. Skip the others and go straight to the carbonara.
But what made me write this review were the staff. As wonderful as the entres, drinks, and deserts were... it was Mike and the rest of the management and staff that made our meal STELLAR!! Incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, courteous, professional, conversational, and attentive without being intrusive. Mike made our dining experience more than just an exceptional meal. We will be returning when wr return to Orlando.

We ate here once and overall it was a good experience. Our waiter was friendly and attentive and had a great sense of humor. The food was delicious, and my kids really had a good time. The only drawback on the Food was the Gluten-free options are severly limited, as opposed to other restaurants at the resort. The desserts are incredible, whether in the restaurant or in the shop by the entrance.

We visited for our son’s 10th birthday, and he specifically asked me to leave a 5 star review! I had put in the notes we were coming for a birthday; which I had only booked about 1.5 in advance. Upon arrival the hostess said happy birthday, and had a card waiting for our kiddo! We had already eaten lunch, so we were only looking for dessert, and our waitress was great about it. When his birthday cake shake arrived the person dropping it off made sure to say it was a special shake, put in a candle and lit it for him! Seriously great service, and dessert all around!!!

Workers were very pleasant and respectful. Our waitress was great understood why we didn't want our cold dry grits and cold mash potatoes. The warm beer really was a slap being it's 85 degrees out.

Appetizers arrived the same time as our main meal, then barely through our meal we were asked about dessert and if we were ready for our check. Food was average for the price, presentation and size. Felt rushed the whole time we were there.

Love the chocolate factory! Broccoli and chedder quiche is amazing! Had the apple pie sundae for the first time, it won't be my last. Was absolutely delicious. Two of us shared it and couldn't finish it all. A must visit!

Everything was going great until we meet Christopher who was extremely rude and ignorant, changed everyone’s attitude towards the place, if you don’t like dealing with the public maybe you shouldn’t have a job dealing with people.

Ok, not gonna beat around the bush, but the food is completely below average. My wife's chicken was uncooked, and one plate's medium steak was burnt to a crisp, so we skipped out on the rest of the dinner and tried to take a chance with dessert. There again, barely average at best. It's definitely not a place we would eat again. The only plus side is that the server was super nice, and the atmosphere was cute. Save your time and move along to somewhere better.
