Hubby got the Arroz Enchurrascado, Paisa Roll, and RIBS!!! all so good! Gotta try it....

The ambiance, the service, and the food, 10 out 10! The Escobar roll was so flavorful and delicous.

I am so disappointed I spent so much money on this for nothing. It really is a waste of money; saved enough money to get minimum quality. Half of the rolls don’t have plantains on them and I only have ONE roll with cream cheese. I am speechless that the attention to detail has become so minimal due to rushing.

Rediscovering sushi in a Latin Fusion cuisine format was mind blowing! I’m not a big fan of sushi but there isn’t a single one at Escobars I do not enjoy! They’re all exceptional!
While waiting for my order to be prepared, I struck a conversation with the owners son and cheff.
Mom I’m learning to make sushi at home on my own. Still order Escobar’s as my favorite. O also met the manager/co Owner Mrs. Escobar and she was very kind, professional and super helpful and involved with the process and staff!

Any business where ownership is on the ground floor interacting with the customer will excellent! However, the Escobar family truly enjoys what they do.

Highly recommend them and for events their VIP platter is the best! It is also an exceptional and their best value! It’s my go to for family gatherings because it’s simply perfect! I’ve been holding this review because I wanted to take photos of the VIP tray. Problem is it doesn’t last long enough for me to take a photo. Will have to take it upon pick up.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Escobar for quite some time, and the sushi has always been consistently excellent. However, the recent experiences with service and wait times have been extremely frustrating. I completely understand that things can get busy, which is exactly why we always call ahead to place our order before making the drive.

On our most recent visit, we were told the order would be ready in 25 minutes. We arrived well after that timeframe, only to be told the actual wait was 45 minutes — and then asked to wait yet another 25 minutes beyond that. In total, we waited 1 hour and 24 minutes for an order we were initially told would take just 25 minutes.

Delays happen, but what’s really upsetting is the lack of honesty and communication. What made this experience even worse was that I’m currently pregnant — and standing around waiting that long caused me to feel lightheaded and unwell. Had I known the real wait time, I would’ve made a different decision entirely maybe to eat somewhere else with a shorter wait time or at the very least, prepare myself with eating a snack or something prior.

This was incredibly disappointing and disheartening, especially from a place we’ve supported and recommended so many times. I truly hope this is taken seriously, because this kind of experience is not okay.

While the food is great and very tasteful I could not help but be extremely impatient and upset with how long our food took. Four rolls for over an hour and that’s considering I was the person who waited the least…..

I wish I would have read the 1 star reviews before ordering. Many reviews say the wait is over an hour. Yet I see the responses from the owner to other reviews saying it was busy. We ordered 5 roles. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes for our order to be done. That’s ridiculous. It’s too common in the reviews with others customers complaining about the same thing. To have customers waiting over an hour for an order is ridiculous. This tells me they’re not organized. No matter how good the food is, service for me goes first. I will never come back solely because they can’t seem to be efficient enough in getting orders out on time.
