As someone who has traveled all over the world, I never know what I am stepping into every time I step foot into a hotel. I had spent the first half of my Orlando trip in a different hotel and as soon as I arrived at the Ritz, I felt my vacation had truly begun. I was treated with such respect and class at every encounter. From the fantastic service at Highball & Harvest for many meals, to the valet, & to the many staff who gave a warm “Hello” every time I encountered...
I was visiting some friends. My favorite part was the lazy river and hot tubs. It was heated and a lot of fun. The restaurant had great food. And this resort is very family friendly they even had a Starbucks and Bodega in the resort. I have to say it was so much fun. The restaurants are very nice too. We had a great experience with friends and family.

BUT….
1) PLEASE have a good morning solution that doesn’t involve leaving the room and standing in line 15 minutes. Yep, we tried numerous times to order room service coffee and couldn’t get anyone to even answer the phone.
2) the toilet paper is single ply, and TERRIBLE
Please, if people are spending over $1500 a night, you can provide decent toilet paper. Awful.
