I made an order online and there was a technical glitch with it so when I went in to pick it up I explained what had happened and the woman who assisted me was so incredibly kind and helpful. Then, as I was waiting for my order, I mentioned how I was just having such a weird/bad morning and for absolutely no reason, two of the most beautiful humans, both inside and out, offered me such kind words and honestly made me snap out of it. The donuts are delicious and at the end of the day that is what matters. The service however can be hit or miss. Most of the staff is great but some of the staff who work towards the end of the day can’t be bothered.
