Dear Owner,

I’ve been coming to your store for years to buy smoothies, even though they’re not cheap, and I’ve never had a problem—until today.

I ordered my favorite, Tres Leches, and my husband’s, Berry Dose. When he tried his, he said it tasted bad; I tried it too and it was indeed spoiled, apparently because of the strawberries. The smoothie was not fit for consumption.

We went back to the store to explain what happened and hand over the smoothie. Two very young employees immediately said that “store policies do not allow returns.” We weren’t asking for a refund, only that they make a new one, making sure it was good this time.

They refused. We left the smoothie on the counter and walked out. I felt like I was robbed of $15, because I paid for a product I couldn’t even consume.

After being a customer for so many years, I will never return.

The smoothie I ordered had spoiled fruit, and they refused to replace it or refund my money. I would never recommend this place

Stopped by a month ago when I was in this part of town and it was just as good as when I lived over here. The Chocolate Factory is absolutely to die for, and the Berry Dose for anyone that wants that fruit smoothie flavor. The atmosphere is cozy and opening in the plaza it's in.

The smoothie was so sour i took 2 drinks and threw it away. The people were nice but took 15 minutes to make a drink. Too expensive for what you get. Disappointing

Got here at 6:30 on a Monday to have a smoothie before the gym and it says online they close at 8pm! I was sitting on the couch drinking my smoothie and on my phone and the lady kick me out at 6:50 because they were closing early or whatever, doesn’t suppose that if I buy something and I’m eating it I get to stay till I’m done???? That was so rude and they need to do better.

I’ve been coming here for years . Love all of their options and knowing exactly what’s going into the food I consume. Health nut is my guilty pleasure , but Midnight is another great one if you want something with better nutrients and vitamins . Trying Ironman right now, keep you posted .

First time customer and ordered an açaí bowl for pick up. It was ready to go when I arrived but very disappointing — the açaí was still frozen (even after at 30 min drive home), the granola was one big clump on top of the açaí that wouldn’t break apart with a spoon, the blueberries were soft and tasted like vinegar. Will not be returning for another bowl here.

$20 for a smoothie. Was it delicious? Yes! Will I be coming back? No. I know the economy is rough, but dang. That’s a whole meal. $12.99 smoothie. $3.50 plant protein. 🫠

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My New Favorite Hideaway!

I’m so excited I found The Smoothie Room! I spent the afternoon there and it was exactly what I needed, a calm, cozy escape. I curled up in their hammock with a copy of The Artist’s Way and sipped on their “Recovery” smoothie (which was delicious, refreshing, and perfect after a workout!).

One thing I really loved was how health-conscious their menu is. Whether you’re looking to refuel after hitting the gym, need a boost before a workout, or just want something clean and nourishing, they’ve got you covered. So many great options that cater to fitness and wellness goals.

The vibe is peaceful, the staff was super sweet, and everything felt so thoughtfully put together. I’ll definitely be back, it’s officially my new little self-care spot. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and recharge! 🌿📖🍓💪🏽

Smoothies are $16.80 a piece! They conveniently don't have the prices listed on the menu. I thought they accidentally charged me for 2. Definitely won't be back

The atmosphere is very nice and inviting but that’s about it. I discovered this company through the MOABS event. I really enjoyed the watermelon juice and the açaí bowl sample I received at the event. I decided to actually visit them at their store location. When I walked in the decor was very nice and inviting but I waited at the front register for awhile before anyone greeted me. I thought to myself maybe they want me to order from the kiosk…so I started doing that. The kiosk wasn’t working and finally a young lady came to take my order. She wasn’t very knowledgeable about the menu and when I did get the watermelon juice it didn’t taste fresh. Needless to say I will probably not be coming here again.

Really upset honestly. Overpriced first and foremost…$14.94 for a smoothly and then asking for a tip? secondly very slow. Like if you want to serve in a busy area you have to be ready to take the clientele. I’ve been twice and both times took over 15 mins and not busy. Then they give me a drink with spirulina all around the outside (do you know how bad that stuff marks up) getting all over my top (that I love and just bought). It’s now stained and instead of giving me a refund what I asked for, they give me a gift card. I don’t even think this will come out of my top and my top was $55. Personally you should offer to dry clean the top or give a refund with extra to dry clean the item that you ruined. I feel the pressure to make money but honestly not good customer service.
