I have been vegan for over 10 years and I will not say the food is bad, but it is not good enough for the price. One time after an Orlando City match, I walked downtown just to find the cart. I hadn’t had a vegan dawg in years and boy was I hungry. After a fair amount of effort, I managed to find him. But alas, there was no way he could give me a dog because he needed to go park. He deputized me to watch over the cart until he returned. At which time he provided me a dog for my assistance. He’s truly a vegan hot dog cart for the people. His great service to the non meat eaters who wander...
The only thing is that they need to be careful about false advertising. You are still branding as a vegan restaurant but you also serve real meat as well. Communication with customers is key maybe say something like vegan hotdog cart (now serving meat).
