Jamie was amazing! She was friendly from the start, made sure our drinks stayed full, and checked in on us throughout the night. She gave great recommendations and made the whole experience a lot more enjoyable. The food was really good too, everything came out fresh and tasted great. Overall, it was an awesome experience, and Jamie's service was a big reason why. We'll definitely be back!

To be honest, not sure how this location is still open. My husband and I keep trying to give your location another chance but your servers must not need the tips. I have never wanted to walk out on a bill nor leave less then the bill. But today was the day I wanted to. I am tired of servers not being aware of who they are taking care of, bar guest aren't the only people who come in. I've been in this industry for over 20 yrs and always tip but today I left just enough to pay the bill. We probably won't be back to this location.

My family and I ate inside the restaurant last night and the food was absolutely disgusting. We won’t ever eat there again. The waitress was nice but the food was horrible, We ordered the buffalo chicken dip which had two small pieces of chicken inside and the dip was uncooked and curdily. The Garlic Parmesan wings were nasty, they use cheap Garlic Parmesan. My daughter had a burger and when she took the top bun off the the burger came apart. We could see that the hamburger meat was carelessly thrown together and not pressed. The restrooms are old run down and disgusting too. I now understand why there was only a few customers in the entire restaurant. We could have gone to Wingstop and had better food than this.

Thursday, May 7th I called Winghouse on Kirkman Road ordered 150 wings for a graduation party on May 8th at 4:00. I called ahead 36 hours in advance and spoke to Izzy. Called back the morning of the event spoke with Izzy again to confirm order and time. I arrive at Winghouse to pick up wings, paid for the order and was told they were not ready. I was thinking okay, a few minutes. WRONG. ONE hour later they finally were done. Meanwhile, the a.c. is not working in the restaurant. So waiting a hour for catering that was promised to be ready on time when ordered with no air in a Florida restaurant on a hot day. Not good! Why bother calling in a catering order if they will not be ready on time. I left my daughters’s UCF’s graduation ceremony early to get the wings, set the food up and have it ready for my daughter and her friends for the graduation party. The African American manager in the black shirt, who was just standing around the kitchen never once came out to speak to me. And when I requested to talk to him personally he refused. The female manager in the red shirt after the wings were finally ready offered a slight discount. I would rather not have a discount and gave my food ready on time for my guests. I was the last person to arrive at my house for my daughter’s college graduation party with hungry guests. If you are thinking of getting a catering order don’t order from here. Thank you Winghouse for ruining my daughter’s party.

The water tasted like Chernobyl it was the worst thing ever.
We keep asking to turn on the Lakers game for game 1. We tried to play pool, and the pool table took our quarters. The server was cool, but having to keep asking to turn to a game, that only had at least 10 people total in the restaurant shouldn't be a problem.

Stopped in on our lunch break from work right when they opened on a Saturday and was greeted with a smile and order was taken food arrived all in a timely manner. Food was delicious. Service was great. Taylor was exceptional both running the bar and the tables and her personality and customer service was wonderful. We will definitely come back again.
