You will have to use your imagination a little, quite apt as this restaurant is in the world of Harry Potter.
Imagine a restaurant with a huge queue running all the way inside and then outside. Imagine a restaurant with dirty tables everywhere, and extremely slow staff, rude staff (some of them, not all). We eventually got directed to a table, but it was soaking wet, we decided to sit somewhere else, but got 'Alisha' trying to berate us to sit back...

This place is awesome! We were originally going to eat here for dinner because they have gluten and dairy free items that my kid could eat, but we had to cut our visit short and stopped in for every type of butterbeer they have instead. My husband got the hot butterbeer, I got the butterbeer ice cream, and my kids got the frozen butterbeer. It was all so good!!! If we ever go back to Universal, we will definitely come back!
