How can food be cold taco shells old or stale lacking any crunch. at 5pm on a saturday busiest time of day. also get smaller than normal portions. absolutly no quality control or just a lack of caring since its delivery

The quality of the food was very disappointing. I ordered the Banging Chicken burrito, and unfortunately, it tasted as though it had been sitting out since the day before. The chicken was extremely tough and dry. The entire burrito lacked freshness.
I understand that not every experience will be perfect, but this one fell far below expectations. This place will really make you appreciate Taco Bell. I couldn't even finish the meal. If you're looking for something better, I would recommend trying a different location or maybe a different restaurant altogether.

I've been to multiple locations and the service has been awesome at each one Always prompt and with a smile. The food just blows taco bell away. Comparably priced but waaaay better.
Been to this chain many times, and it was satisfactory. However, this time on 04/03/25, was the worst Tex- mex I’ve I’ve ever had.

Miss the TJs we had in Gainesville, so it was fun to visit this one. Food was great -- generous portions and well seasoned. Knocking off one star because the dining room was empty but yet the staff hadn't cleaned up some broken chips on the floor.

Ordered food for my whole family. It tasted old and then I got a large chips and queso and the bag of chips were so stale I couldn’t eat them. They were like rubber!!!! Super disappointed after spending $100
